He was very professional and knowledgeable! He also came in at his estimate! Clued me into why I had the problem and what to do to avoid it in the future!

Preston was great very professional and courteous. Did very well in explaining everything and had great recommendations. Would differently call and ask for him if I need future services.

Nothing is as cheap as we'd like anymore, but this company was 5-star from setting up the appointment to the water heater's installation by Preston. He also provided good information regarding maintaining the system to better lifespan of the product.

Area installed a new water softener about a month ago and as part of the service they come back to make sure everything is working properly and also test the water. (What other company does that)
Jason called ahead to let me know the technician was on his way and would arrive in about 45 minutes. (Again how many companies do that)
Technician actually found a small leak, had the part on the truck, replaced it and we're good to go.

Tylen and his partner were very professional and able to diagnose a sewer line problem I was able to bring up to my builder right away after moving in. Their prices seem fair on the quotes I requested for a water softener and RO. Definitely considering using them based on their professionalism and knowledge.

First let me say what great customer service!! I was out of town and the wife was home with the kids and the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain. I first tried to go through my home warranty but of course they provide you with the cheapest company and was not available till the following day in the afternoon. I said forget this cheap company and called Area Plumbing and explained the issue.

Area Plumbing was able to put me on the schedule the same day and was at my house in just a couple hours. The technician provided me reasoning for what happened, and then different solutions of what he could do to fix it. I ultimately decided to completely replace my garbage disposal and they had all the parts on hand which also came with a five year warranty! The technician took his time to make sure everything was right and worked properly before leaving.

The technician also asked if there was anything else in the house he wanted us to have looked at while he was there. Most companies come and fix the issue you’re mentioning and don’t even ask about any other issues they could look at prior to leaving.

Lastly, if you’re looking for an affordable plumber who does great work and stands behind their products, you won’t be disappointed with Area Plumbing! Don’t bother shopping around and just give them a call!

Great service. Tylen was very friendly and professional. I needed him to set the shower base and valves for a tub/shower conversion I am doing in a park model. He had to reroute a drain vent that was hidden by the old tub and he worked to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciate his work ethic and knowledge.
