From the initial phonecall to the job being completed, we were thrilled with the service, communication and professionalism of Area Plumbing. Anthony did an outstanding job in a difficult situation and did it with a smile on his face. We will certainly use Area in the future for any plumbing needs we have.

Office staff (Jason) were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to rearrange their schedule and make an emergency appointment for me. Techs Preston and his helper were the same. Courteous , friendly , knowledgeable and very professional. They were clean cut and well dressed. They did not try to rush me and answered all of my questions even though it was late in the evening. They explained everything and gave me a detailed invoice with the work done, prices and warranty information. I was really surprised at the professionalism of these employees and can’t recommend this company enough. I will definitely use them again.

Definitely the best experience I've had dealing with plumbing issues! These guys are knowledgeable and take advantage of technology to get to the bottom of it. I got more than a clean drain; I saw pictures of how it looks in there to better understand what happened, what to do moving forward and what to expect in the future to be prepared! I also thought it was pretty cool to get to know who was coming over when I received a message with the picture of Clay! I am very grateful for all he and his partner did today!!! Great service. I was having issues with my well water system. I called and I was able to get an appointment the same day. The technicians that came out were on time, very knowledgeable, fixed the issue and was really good at explaining work performed and answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again with future issues.

Drilled two holes in my stone countertop for RO faucet and soap dispenser. Also changed sink faucet.

Did not engage. The plumber was polite and professional. However, it was $89 for him to show up and then they wanted nearly $700 just to scope and clear the issue in a 25 foot section of line line, no digging or fixing included. Rediculous!

Les did a great job in a timely manner. Was professional, pleasant and kept me informed about my plumbing problem.

Broke a water value when I moved in and replaced with no effort and kept it simple. Toilet and sinks in guest/kids bathroom started to back flow. Area plumbing discovered I had a ton of roots grown into my pipes. They were able to clear and treat with root killer. Excellent service and will use again in the future for remodel or any future issues. Thank you!
