Area Plumbing was prompt with same day service. Tylen and his assistant were professional and really nice. I would recommend this company to all friends and family.

Les and Logan did an outstanding job repairing our toilet and explained everything that needed to be done. We have used Area plumbing in the past and will continue to do so

Business was very quick to reply to my inquiry and called me within 24 hours to schedule. Tylen was the tech that came to help fix a leaking problem and he was very nice and professional and did a really good job of helping explain what was going on and making sure everything got fixed!

When I called for service I explicitly requested the cost for the service call. I was told that the initial charge is $89, and when they completed the work they would complete a full safety inspection as part of the initial service call. When they arrived I explained what I needed, my washer hose had become corroded and I needed it removed. I had the replacement hose, but could not remove it from the valve. They told me it wasn’t a problem and I left them in my laundry room. After several minutes he came out and said he would start the safety inspection….. which consisted of them basically explaining that every room in my home that has plumbing had required some element of repair. About 30 mins later I walked him into my garage passing my laundry room and noted the washer hose was not replaced!! When I inquired what had happened to removing the hose, he told me it would be part of the invoice… after he finished the safety inspection he finally told me it would be an additional $468 to remove my washer hose from the valve!! That was $468 in addition to the $98…. When I declined the service and told them it seemed like an asinine price to replace a hose he told me “we are a bit pricier than other companies, but we provide higher quality products”.
I was extremely dissatisfied with this service. He completely wasted my time and charged me $98 for walking around my house. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.. not even in an emergency.

Very professional, clay was great and knowledgeable! The company itself had quite a bit higher prices than others in the area with similar warranties, so probably wouldn’t use in the future but they were the only ones that responded on a Sunday and had the techs out there first thing Monday AM. They definitely know what they’re doing

Preston was very thorough and knowledgeable about what he was diagnosing at our home. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. The office staff were very professional, as well. They sent out a text with the plumber’s photo and short bio so I knew who was going to show up and when. I will definitely use Area Plumbing for future projects.

We have used Area Plumbing on several occasions. They always do a quality job! All the staff is extremely friendly, and their communication & follow-up is fantastic! We won't hesitate to use them again or refer them to friends!

Main line busted from the street and flooded part of our yard. Called after 5pm and was able to speak to Jason who set me up with an appointment the next morning. Jason also gave me the emergency shut off number to call so the city could turn off the water so my bill wouldn’t be outrageous. Technician Les came out within the time frame I was told and repaired it quickly. I will use this company again in the future! Thank you

My sewer was backed up and Preston and Soren came and quickly identified and marked locations where roots were growing into the sewer line between the clean out and the main and were able to clear the blockage.
