This company was extremely professional from the first phone call.
A very unique setup that needed repair. Les Strous and his coworker went out of there way to remedy my situation. All work requested completed. With additional work added by me and completed above expectations. Once complete, they cleaned up all from their work.
We need more no frill companies like this. Here’s the job, we will fix it.

From my first contact it was obvious that Area Plumbing was an extremely professional operation. Every person I dealt with was spot on. In particular, Jason was informative, understanding, and very responsive. I actually waited a couple extra days to get my job done so Area Plumbing would be the folks to do it. I was dealing with them from hundreds of miles away and I felt I could trust them to be honest and do a great job. I will say that the cost was not the least expensive option by far BUT as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I believe I now have a superior product in my Son’s home installed by the best in the business. The warranty they give with their product is second to none. 10 years on parts AND labor. I would recommend them 100%.

These guys are doing a hell of a job. I don't know what I would have done without them , these guys are terrific. Clay and the whole crew are excellent the work they are doing will be brand spanking new, and I think them very much. This is added today September 16th 2020, these guys from Ariel plumbing are the greatest thank you so much now they are part of my family because they rebuilt my sewer system my bathroom. They were so courteous they cleaned up every spot on the floor before they left, and they said thank you Mr Hudson and I said thank you to them and to tell Jason I love him he's a great guy, and I don't say I love you to a man, and the people on GoFundMe thank you so much I wish I could say something else but I guess thank you is the highest praise I could say thank you so much Yuma Arizona.

WONDERFUL!! Preston was so very kind, knowledgeable and just a DECENT man. He let me know what was needed, completed fixes and was just so nice! Absolutely NO mess left behind, let me know when water was going off, what he was doing. Just a GREAT experience.

Showed up early with request to do so and my approval. I only had 1 of 4 things worked on as each repairs which I used to could do myself were anywhere from 300 to nearly 1,000 dollars each. These folks are very professional and respectful, and even thoughtful, but the prices are killer. For a $300 Osmosis filtration system I bought to have them install it is over $800 for just installation! I'm sorry, I am willing to pay fair prices for good work, but this was more than I am willing to extend myself.

Area Plumbing is a professional operation in all regards. Jason does an exceptional job with customer relations and scheduling. Tyler and Trent handled my problem with broken cast iron vent pipe. Professional, organized and neat work. I would highly recommend them all for any of your plumbing needs. I'm definitely calling Area Plumbing next time I need a plumber!!

Clay and Jamal were on time, professional and explained every issue thoroughly! Some of the most polite service people I have ever met! Clay found blockage in lines to septic, explained how he would fix and came back next day working in scorching desert heat. Fixed it, cleaned up and left it looking as no problem ever existed. He also repaired two shower leaks, while Jamal replumbed kitchen sink. This was the best experience!

Clay was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened to me and got a better understanding of the job.He knew exactly what needed to be done. He went above and beyond. He was concerned that the water softener was not functioning properly so he did a water test that’s when he found out the softener was not functioning at all. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber. I give them 5 stars or if this is on a 10 star I give them a 10 star as well.

I had a broken pex pipe in my attic. I called area plumbing. They are very responsive. Kept me updated. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Tylen came out and repaired it very quickly at the end of the day in this Arizona heat. Management needs to have a talk with him and let him know to stop working so hard. Hahahah. Very pleased with the work. The warranty on repairs and the time line from beginning to end.

Les Strauss did an outstanding job. I'm completely satisfied with his work and I'll ask for him personally if we need any future plumbing work. And I'll be sure to recommend Area Plumbing and Les to friends as well.
