Area Plumbing went above and beyond in all aspects of our remodel...from the smallest to the largest job. I worked with Joe and Clay primarily for our bathroom remodel. Very professional, considerate, always on time, always worked within the timeframe they estimated, and so friendly that I now feel like I've lost a part of my family since the job is complete. I would recommend Area Plumbing in a heartbeat.

Preston and his partner were fantastic. They were upfront and went over everything with me so I was well informed of what was going on even for the smallest detail. Was able to have them repair something I forgot to mention on the original service call which was great. They were nice and cleaned up after themselves. they were very thorough. Even making sure I had the emergency instructions on my water heater. The service call included checking all other plumbing and I appreciate that they asked if I would like them done but making sure I knew they were included. I didn’t feel like they were just pushing additional services or products unnecessarily. Also absolutely loved that when Preston’s partner (I am so sorry I didn’t catch his name) was working on the guest toilet he noticed the tank was loose and just tightened it while he was working on it. Definitely went above and beyond, both of them.

We have used Area in the past and are usually pleased with the service received. However today was a step above pleased Anthony Garza is such a pleasant knowledgeable and hard working person. It was a privilege to make his acquaintance. He is a definite asset to the Area Plumbing team

Explained everything step by step. Showed me where the issue was and took care of personal items. They cleaned up very well. Very polite and courteous. I could ask questions and they were willing to explain. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely great service! Our problem was fixed the same day, Preston really explained everything well and then worked until it was completely fixed. Even made sure it was all set before taking off. We are definitely sticking with him and this company, phenomenal work and we couldn't be happier.

Preston repaired our water softener. He was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything. They were the only company that a human answered the phone and the only one to respond that same day.

Absolutely professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. They were understanding of the fact that we have been doing our own home renovations and provided insightful guidance on how to perform repairs that we feel comfortable doing on our own. They repaired a section of our main septic line at a very reasonable price and though they provided us with information on other services they provide they did not make us feel pressured to do anything that we did not want to pay for. I cannot recommend enough and will be sure to call them with any of our future needs.

Will definitely use again. Jamal and Preston are fabulous on the job. Jason was excellent on the phone with setting up appointments and notifying us of service arrivals.

1st Service) This company just finished a repair at my office, their entire staff's demeanor is so professional, the whole staff is so attentive and friendly, I was impressed by their customer service from the first phone call to the last minute interaction with the technician. This is the second time we have had them do repairs for our business, and they are very consistent with their work quality and awesome customer service. I highly recommend them as I believe their integrity matches their exceptional customer service!
