4 times out to my house, a incorrect ordered part, a part ordered but never installed and a month without heat and never fixed. Warranty sent another company who had parts in and repaired in 3 days.

Quick response to service on existing unit and fair price for a new unit when it was time. Pleasant and prompt, and will continue to call on them as needed.
