Juan and his team care about what they do. They have never failed to make any problem right, to the advantage of the customer, even when it hurts them a bit. This business works in one of the hottest corridors in the Northern Hemisphere, and it would be easy to be callous when your services are in high demand, but that's not in the character or ethos of this HVAC business. They care about their customers getting a quality product on time, stay in communication with you even when things go just a little wrong, and follow through on a job until its completed at a higher level than you would have expected.

Amazing service. Called because our thermostat broke (of course when the first freeze came) and they sent someone out same day. Daniel was polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

This company is extremely honest and has a high level of expertise. Saved us from disaster because another company wanted to put in the wrong unit for over two thousand dollars more. They also came right away. We had to wait for weeks with others Amazingly wonderful experience

Vail Heating and Cooling installed a new HVAC unit for our garage/art studio. This is our third experience with them and each experience has been five star experiences! The owner is local to Vail and thus is more responsive, more available/accountable and less costly.

JC was extremely professional, and was the absolute right guy for the job. My home went from unbearable swamp back to my own little paradise within 45 minutes of JC walking through the door. Thank you Vail H&C, and thank you JC.
