Our ac went out and it’s up to 106 outside. The parts were ordered overnight and service was here at 7:15 AM to fix our unit!! Thank you for such fast and reliable care.

Notified me when they would be arriving & with a very pleasant & professional greeting. Looking at my HVAC he explained & answered my questions. I was very impressed with the fact that I wasn’t pressured into unnecessary repairs. I feel this Company is a very Honest Business & I will continue to use them in the future! Our Vail Area is very lucky to have them!

When they did the assessment it was no BS, they told me exactly what was wrong without trying to scam me into buying a new AC like most companies on Tucson will. Thank you!

He was so professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very detailed. He explained everything in detail about his visit and what he found with the HVAC system. I give Daniel 5 stars. He was excellent. Sent through American Home Shield, Vail Heating and Cooling arrived on time and ready to work on our pre-season heating inspection. Juan, the owner, was informative and personable. He explained the inspection process in understandable terms as he was attending to our unit. He was professional and completed the job thoroughly. We will use them again for our unit's A/C inspection when the time comes. Highly recommend.

Wow I called and they were very acomadating. Even called me back when someone canceled and asked if they could come early. They came and saw problem and fixed it quick. No over selling or over charging like other companys. Nice guy who came too. Thanks vail heating and cooling.

I had my AC condenser unit fan stop functioning. I went through my American Home Shield insurance, which covers many of my critical household components and larger appliances. I made my claim at 6AM & was called by Vail to set an appointment for the very next day within 3 hours of submitting my service request with AHS. On the day of service, Vsil was excellent at contacting me multiple times to update on technician arrival. The technician was at my home on time. The service performed was fairly simple and was completed in less than 2 hours. The technician was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I only had a wiring issue going to the condenser fan motor. The technician fixed that issue, flushed dust from the cooling coils in my condenser, cleaned out dust in the furnace, and adjusted the furnace intake vents which were drastically restricting airflow into the furnace and blower unit. He also replaced cacitors in the condenser unit as they were old but currently functioning. In my opinion he went above and beyond and may have prevented additional problems arising from capacitors going bad or with reduced airflow at the furnace. Whether or not you have an additional home coverage policy, Vail Heating & Cooling LLC did an excellent job and I highly recommend their services.

This is the first company I have ever used in AZ that has repaired our AC system AND left it better than they found it! I am thoroughly impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone!

My AC unit quit at about 7PM on about the hottest day of the year. I called our home warranty company at 7 next morning and they referred me to Vail. I called Vail at 7:45. They called me back at 8:30 and set an appointment for the 10:00 to 1PM window. Noel, the technician, arrived about 10:30, diagnosed and repaired the problem by 11 AM, leaving us very satisfied. At no time did he try to sell us a new unit,

Professional Service, Noel was Professional and made sure our heater was up and running quick. Than you
