Went through my home warranty with low expectations for a quick fix on the broken AC. Within 20 minutes of arriving, Jesus had diagnosed my issue and made some calls. He went to get a part and came back and had it up and running in no time. Very fast, very friendly and very competent. I hope my AC doesn't go out again this summer, but if it does I know who I'm calling...

Great customer service! They go above and beyond. I got more information on the status of my parts than I did my warranty company. They even got the part sooner and called and scheduled the repair 2 days early. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Vail Heating & Cooling for HVAC problems. 5 Stars: the best pricing for a new AC out of the 3 companies we spoke with. The owner of the company, Juan, is honest; incredibly professional from the beginning to the end of the process. He returns phone calls and clearly explains the problem(s) and solutions. His crew is equally well trained, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They clean-up debris and are careful to protect the home-owner's belongings. By far, the best Heating & Cooling company in Tucson.

Requested service through American home shield. Day of scheduled appt someone called letting me know they wouldn’t be able to make it out so rescheduled me 6 days out. Not a big deal. New scheduled appt day comes no call no show. I called, no answer. Left a voicemail no call back. Very unprofessional!

Loved Vail Heating and Cooling. Came a day early and phoned ahead. Very professional .Juan was very friendly and informative.

Absolute garbage service. Starting having problems with our AC and a guy came out last Thursday and changed the capacitor. From then, it was blowing hot air and he ended up breaking our unit and we suffered and almost died in a 90 degree house for 3 days. This company is absolutely horrible, but unfortunately was the only one contracted with the warranty. Anyways, the best they were able to do is reschedule for Tuesday (6/21). We ended up calling somewhere else on a Saturday night at 10pm and they were able to come Sunday the next morning (yesterday) and fix our AC unit. The root of the problem ended up being the fan and I just don't understand how dumb you can be to not be able to identify something so obvious.

System had not been cooling properly. Vail Heating and Cooling provided same day response and our technician, Daniel, was super. He was polite, professional and took extra time to ensure we understood his diagnosis and provided a couple of courses of action. System is performing like new again.

Our technician was Daniel. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. I do handyman work, but know very little about air conditioning systems. Daniel had all the equipment to get down to business and started checking things out immediately. Luckily for me he found that everything was working pretty well for an old AC, but that it did need some freon. He was able to fill it up during the service call. I was very satisfied with Daniel's work and this company. Will use them again for next year's AC startup

Danny came out to my home and did a fantastic job! He was very polite and very helpful in teaching me more about my ac and proper ac maintenance! If you have any issues with your unit I'd recommend having Danny take a look for you. Personally I don't think I would go with another company because of him. Thank you Danny!
