Nichols Cooling and Heating is a pleasure to work with. His family, for multiple generations, has been in the air conditioning and heating business and his 20+ years of experience comes through. He is responsive, explains what he is doing, and provides helpful and common-sense tips on how to better care for your air conditioner. He has helped us with air conditioning needs for both our home and our business (both mini splits and packaged/central air). Billing was clear and straightforward. He is professional and all the while so very kind and courteous. We appreciate what you do.

We are so pleased with this company! I am actually going to give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Ten stars! They went out of their way to help us find just what we needed to cool our home and to heat our home in the cooler season here in Arizona. Fast and efficient and extremely courteous plus top of their game with their knowledge and experience. Every thing went so smoothly from the very first time out to our home to evaluate what would be best to the last time he was here finishing up with the ac units was simply outstanding and l could hardly wait to write this review. Oh and we have 6 dogs and one was determined to not be very friendly during each visit but each visit the dogs were always treated very kindly and our little barks a lot dog ended up befriending him on the last day and l was very impressed how are dogs were treated. To me that is important. Great professionalism. Not only was the service great but the actual units are super awesome!! My husband put a lot of research in to see what was best and this company had just that! We got the best of the best when it came to our choice of AC which was Mitsubishi. We also used the extremely easy payment plan with financial company that is offered and easy breezy we were actually feeling cool breeze right after that was set in motion. Let me also say our house is so incredibly cold! Freezing and l love it! Our old system just did not work and it was so costly each summer. Now we this which is energy efficient and cost efficient! The units are perfect!!!! So quiet we hardly know they are on and they have this special ability to track where people are in the room so the air goes direct to them! Just incredible.
