These people are the real deal. Best estimate and best service as it turns out. Carl is very detailed when doing his estimate. Other bidders came with not even a piece of paper! The installer was efficient and follow-up was prompt. They installed new return air vent filters and cleaned my dry duct for free. The office personnel were very cordial when I called with questions. Highly recommend this company and the great staff.

Amazing job to everyone at RSW! Ok, so I have a Split AC system. Condenser unit outside, Furnace and AC Freon coil inside garage. I have a home warranty as well. My AC went out on the 4th of July, I had family over. Yikes. I had to have emergency service to replace the dreaded capacitor. Since that time, until October I had nothing but issues-ran all the time to keep up, leaking oil in the coil outside, Warranty company in 2015 also changed out the compressor. My Home was built in 2006 and it was the original system. I knew I had to think about a replacement. Myself and my warranty company could not get a hold of the warranty contractor they had assigned to me. I needed to get something done. I had probably 4 to 5 other estimates done before Russet SW (RSW) and they were ALL very expensive. Budget was concern number 1. Number 2 concern is SERVICE after the purchase. RSW saved me at minimum $2,500 to $5,500 depending on the company. Yes one of them was Costco. After the fact, my warranty company says, they were going to recommend replacement, since they too could not get a hold of their contractor. Now, they are talking reimbursing me. So, the coffee mugs, cookies were a very nice added touch, but it has been much more than that! A friend of mine recommended them, 14 years ago they installed the original system. I am the fourth home owner I believe. They came to check my air pressure before, they worked all the permits, certified my system now with TEP as energy efficient. Also, AFTER the install they had someone come out to make sure my system was installed properly and functioning properly to meet the most stringent TEP energy compliance. Included is also check ups that they will call me to schedule. I don't have to call them. Who does that? Russet does! They made me feel and still do like I am the most important customer to them! I thank them very much, my wallet thanks them! I could not be happier with my Lennox system! Very professional folks, excellent quality of the product/system. I could not be more pleased! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GREAT COMPANY. Russett SW has been my go-to HVAC repair company for 6 years. I recently replaced my old system (June 2020) with a new HVAC system purchased and installed using Russett SW.

Every step of the way, Russett SW employees were professional, customer-centric, and the company provided reasonable pricing. The estimate was the best price out of 4 companies. The installation went smoothly. All workmen wore masks for our protection. The system works great. Every employee treated us with respect. THANK YOU for great products, pricing, and service.

AC unit quit working and after calling our usual company and a couple of others who were not able to help for days, Russett Southwest were able to dispatch a technician the same day.
Ken B attended for us and was extremely polite and professional, he talked us through everything he did and left us more than happy to pay what was a very reasonable charge. We would be happy to have Ken return in future should we be given the option.

Russett BLEW AWAY the competition (pun intended). After receiving quotes from 7 other companies in Tucson, Russett got us the top-of-the-line Lennox XP20 system for $4,100 less than then next lowest bid and was $11,000 lower than the highest quote we received. The entire process from the sales estimate, installation, and quality inspection was a fantastic and enjoyable learning opportunity. We stuck with Russett in hopes they would respect long time customers. My Dad has recommended Rite Way. We recently had a check up and the technician did his job and respected our requests for shoe covers so we truly appreciated him. What bothered us was the after impact when we found Russett choose to not inform us of a class action suit for our coils and then poorly handled a call regarding our concern by mocking our concern. I would not expect this from a company trying to make customers at least feel respected. To replace coils that could be defective can cost $1k in labor. This is after we pay for a yearly check up then the cost to inspect for the leak. This is no easy issue to absorb when you feel the folks who installed it then tell you you may have a leak mock your concern on the phone. I would expect better service or at least the respect that I do not have to find out about the defect and class action suite on my own then when bringing it up find Russet not only knew about it but choose to not inform me and again, mock the concern.

Professional, timely and knowledgeable. Our air conditioning system stopped working in 100+ degree weather. The technician came on time and fixed the problem the same day. I wish they had a military discount, but the price was fair irregardless. Call them, you won't regret it.

They were great, came out same day after I called my warranty company and they didn't have a provider that could get out. Called Russett and they came out same day and fixed my AC on a hot nasty day and the tech was pleasant and informative. We thank you for great service
