We bought a Lennox 16XC in 2016 for up and downstairs and have been happy with since. No issues. I'll likely even continue with them for the regular maintenance/servicing.

i didnt have any service from them and probably never will after today. one of there drivers had cut me off in traffic with no signal of turning and plus there was no room between me and the car in front of me on my way home from work while i had my 9 month in the back seat. i had followed him in to the gas station to confront him he had tried telling me that he had his blinker on and i should have stopped when i know he didnt when he cut me off that was the first thing looked at and second he came from behind so how am i suppose to see that right before he turned in front of me. after confronting him he continued to argue instead of apologizing and be professional about it and to top it off he went back to his buddies and were fist bumping as if it was ok and that he got away with something. when i called the company they asked for his license plate so i pulled behind him to get it he got in his van and backed up as if he was gonna hit me and kept moving towards me even after i had already told him son was in the back seat. i dont feel like i got the respected especially since i was wearing my ABUs.

Russet was hired for me by Tucson urban league. When i was still having problems 10 days later i called russet again and was told there is no warrety on services and i would have to have urban league call to come back out. I was treated poorly.

Great service they did not jerk me around price was right, and got me the air conditioner unit I needed and installed within a few days.

Install wasn't s done correctly initially, but responded quickly to fix the issues. Very professional and honest.

They were several thousand dollars LESS than my other two bids for the exact same equipment and installation. Extremely happy with product and installation.
