MVP Heating & Air Conditioning

I work in real estate. My seller's AC stopped working two days before closing, on a late Saturday afternoon.
MVP got a tech out, first thing Sunday. They fixed the issue Monday and we were still able to close on time Monday afternoon!!

A week later, I had my AC checked and given a tune up. Another AC company had told me almost $3000 in work needed to be done. MVP took a look and said my AC was just fine.

I am extremely impressed with this company. They are honest, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. In less than 5 minutes, John Paul was able to give me more information about my AC unit than a previous company that came out four separate times. On top of that, my quote for a new AC unit was HALF the price of another company. Avoid my mistakes and start with MVP from the beginning. MVP was referred us and they helped us with removing swamp cooler and installing AC. While doing that, we found out our hot water tank run by gas was so old and stopped working. So we requested to install tankless water heater and it turned out to be the best thing we had! We had to update electrical panel to install AC so it was a quite of work done. Linda, the office lady was always friendly and courteous every time we call and Edgar, technician was always informative and helped us with AC operations. His entire crew was always nice and friendly. Thank you so much, MVP!

I cannot recommend this company more. We have used them for years as our maintenance company without any issues until our AC went out at midnight the day before I was supposed to fly out of town. MVP reached out to me immediately, guaranteed to have someone come out that day and assured me if they couldn’t fix it that day, they would provide a portable AC unit. The technician came out earlier than the time promised and was able to find and fix the problem within 20 minutes. I am so grateful for how responsive and caring the whole team was.

MVP installed a combined furnace/AC unit for me about 12 years ago. Because my utility closet was too small, and because the newer units were larger than previous due to current efficiency standards, the installation, while professionally done, required that the unit be installed at an angle making access to my water heater and condensation line difficult. At the time, I did not take the time to enlarge my utility closet (which is in my garage and about 4 feet above the floor).

I finally got around to having the closet enlarged, and I asked MVP to disconnect and reinstall my unit, rerouting all ducting and lines while doing so. The effort was considerable, including the closet enlarging by a separate contractor, and MVP performed superbly. The general manager came to assess the problem first and to define a plan of attack for his people. The people who later came to do the work--Daniel and Edgar--did an outstanding job. It took several hours, and it required work elevated from the main floor of the garage. Daniel & Edgar were very knowledgeable, very patient with my questions, worked continuously with a positive can-do attitude, and showed what I'd almost describe as complete joy in doing the work. I never thought for a moment they this was a chore and therefore something to be finished as quickly as possible. They found and fixed a gas leak with no additional labor charge. They never hesitated to answer my questions, and they kept me informed throughout the effort. They are two special people.

MVP Is a good company! When I have called about issues I had they responded quickly and are professional on all levels. The AS 824 thermostat that came with my new hvac unit is problematic at best……

MVP Air Conditioning is awesome! They gave us an excellent price on a new Trane central A/C unit and installation. They are courteous and take the time to explain everything they are doing. We have two rental houses next to each other, and the MVP tech went next door and fixed an A/C leak at the other house for no extra charge. MVP even called a few days later to ensure that everything was working properly and that we were happy with the service. We are very pleased with MVP and will be using them for all our A/C and heating needs! We highly recommend them!
