I was very pleased with the service call and Steve. He called ahead of time to let us know his arrival, He came to the front door and kept a safe distance from the entry way while he explained the purpose of his visit, He spent very little time in the house most of his time spent on the roof where he could capture his Data, and finally when ready to leave He stepped into the house and kept a safe distance and let us know the AC was working as it should and that there was no need of a signature and that he would have the invoice with his report E-Mailed to us in a short time. Everything worked as it should and we are very happy with MVP.

I would highly recommend this company. Their service was excellent, all personnel were very friendly. The owner treated us with exceptional courtesy - and he beat the price of one of our other quotes by about 1 grand. Even further, the day our unit was installed there was a small glitch that caused the system to shut down. I put a call in, and about 45 minutes later the owner showed up and fixed the problem, and our unit has run perfectly ever since. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys. I'd use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks MVP !

We had to change our 10 years old A/C unit on our second floor and had an amazing team coming over. They worked nonstop, did a great and clean job. The guys were professional , honest and friendly. We’ll definitely call them again for any service and strongly recommend them.

Seemed knowledgeable and did a good install of replacement HVAC although I'd have like condensing units 1" closer to wall. Gave no instruction on the new Tstat & didn't calibrate it.

3 years ago MVP serviced, our then 14 year old ac unit, and said “call us when it dies.” It died Monday afternoon around 4. Danny was here at 6. Checked the unit and it indeed was done for. Portable AC units installed Tuesday AM. New Trane HVAC system installed Thursday. Great crew and new unit cooling by 4 PM! Sooo quiet and much more efficient.

The owner is rude and overcharges for the work. The company tacks on the service fee on top of the work instead of including it like most companies. If you want a smart thermostat don't bother with this clown show, he will try try to force the Nest on you. His trucks carry no other option. If you question him on the price of the unit and the cost to install it, the owner will proceed to lecture you about how much it costs to put his trucks on the road and to honor his already weak service calls. Not my job as consumer to reduce your costs. He then proceed to lecture on how he is one of the best, clown....You won't. I will now take my business elsewhere 🤙🏻

Great service from the start, making appointment, John Paul coming out for courtesy review and estimate, to Edgar and team coming out and doing the install of split ac. Recommended to friends and family already.

This company provided excellent service they work directly with TEP to provide a rebate for replacement purposes, the service techs were incredibly knowledgeable and no matter how the installation may have been they remained happy to be of service God Bless you MVP.
