Air Quest Heating & Cooling

They guys at Air Quest replaced some ducts in my house, replaced an whole AC unit and another air handler. They were professional, thorough, and on time.

Every time I have called to get somebody out to our house for maintenance, repairs, etc., they have been very responsive and usually get someone out the same day.

Definitely put this company on your bid list. Nailed it for me. During a heat wave in Tucson (and that is serious) our AC failed and needed to be replaced. All HVAC contractors were swamped but Air Quest found a way. They were quick to respond, professional throughout, provided a competitive bid, showed up on time, and did exactly what they said they would.

Consumer Reports listed American Standard as some of the best air conditioners, so I started researching HVAC companies that installed American Standard. I decided to get an estimate from Air Quest (and a few others) and Aaron came over that same day. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He also explained everything to my wife and I in layman's terms, so that was helpful. He broke everything down and then gave us financing options; which no other HVAC company mentioned. So we decided to go with Air Quest and they were able to start installation the next day (this was very important because it was 106 degrees). The installation took most of the day because Louis, the technician, said all the ducts, valves, pipes etc had to be custom fit to the new sizes. Our house was build in 2000 and a lot has changed since then (this was also confirmed by the other estimates). But Louis got it done and everything is working perfectly. Louis, J.R., and Tyler were great and they also were good with our three dogs, which could've posed a huge problem since they needed to walk through the backyard so many times. Great experience. My wife and I were really stressed when the old AC unit broke down and Air Quest made everything as painless as possible. I highly recommend.

I am very Happy with the prompt and courteous service I received with Air Quest. We set the date to my convenience and within one hour they serviced the Air Conditioning and Heating system. I have been using this company for over 10 years and I highly recommend them. I would say that they are honest, fair and reliable.

Update to previous review: October: Air Quest just completed our semi-annual preventive maintenance on our two heating/air conditioning systems. As always, our technician, Marcos, performed the inspection quickly and efficiently.

July: Air Quest Heating and Cooling installed an American Standard 18 SEER variable speed system. This is a very sophisticated system which replaced a 17 year old system. They also installed a Mitsubishi split level system in our garage. The hardware is fabulous but what sets Air Quest apart from the others are their technicians. These guys, Horacio, Alvino and George, know their stuff. They are communicative, explain what they’re doing. Knowledgeable and efficient.

We’ve been with Air Quest since we moved to Tucson 3 years ago. We can definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We can't say enough good stuff about our experience with Air Quest. We returned from our summer away to a broken HVAC. You can imagine how stressful it was, but only a few days later, we had a new unit installed and we couldn't be happier. Aaron was as professional as they come and helped us decide exactly what we needed. Heather helped with the paperwork and was always on top of everything. If you live in Tucson, you will need a good heating and cooling company. eventually.. Do yourself a favor and call Air Quest first.

Great service and very professional. After meeting with The owner Aaron we felt comfortable giving him our business. Installed American Standard HVAC unit and furnace and we are completely satisfied. Thanks again.

They did an excellent job!! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am absolutely happy with the work they did. They installed a new ac and heating unit and I couldn't be happier. They are very nice and explain everything in detail. I really appreciate everything they did! I definitely highly recommend them!!

Dispatchers and technicians are both liars. More so the tech I assume. We had warned dispatcher we had a short time frame (being a single mom I can't miss WORK at all)as their tech was later than first thought and asked for possible reschedule, she said it would be fine and he was on his way. When the tech could not fix the problem in that time frame(an hour), we offered to leave the garage open for access or a key to lock the doors he stated he could not re-enter the house again unless someone was here over the age of 18.
After two days of having no AC I call my leasing company to be told we sent the technician away because we had an "appointment" and refused to leave a key for him and they couldn't come back until next week. I do not appreciate being called a liar and the further stories made up by the dispatcher to support her technicians lies.
There was no one under the age, every person including myself, who had been there the entire time, were leaving. NO ONE was there so therefore within company policy. Your technician either did not understand your policy or he was too dumb to understand the fact that we said several times times ALL OF US WERE LEAVING. As if I could leave my 6 year old home alone..... And the new company that came out had it diagnosed and taken care of in 35 minutes. The unit was just disconnected....

Great service and quick to service our home! Our AC went out in 108 degree weather in the busy season, and Air Quest was out here within a couple hours. George got cool air back in our house immediately. HIGHLY recommended for fellow Tucsonians!!!
