Air Quest Heating & Cooling

Air Quest had been the only company we had service our air conditioner and furnace (and swamp cooler when we had one) ever since we first moved to Tucson in 1999. We were very loyal to them because of their help with a disaster that was left for us by the sellers of our first home. But after the last interaction with the office staff, we will not use them again. I'm sad that things ended this way, since we had always liked the technicians a lot.

Called to ask for assistance as one of our units was not cooling. After asking me a few questions, they actually gave me instructions over the phone to remedy the issue. Within 3 hours the issue was resolved. The coils had frozen in one unit due to the density of the filter. The filter was clean as it had just been changed 2 weeks ago, but it was so much thicker than the filter in for the other unit ( even though it was the same manufacturer), that it was like a having a dirty filter restricting the air flow. Amazing! Works great now~

Very prompt + friendly service from the office and the HVAC technician, Arturo, on one of the busiest days of the year.

Our AC went out during the crazy 120 degree heatwave. It was 95 degrees in our house and climbing when we contacted Air Quest. I expected all of the HVAC technicians for 300 miles any direction to be super busy thanks to iced over units and other heatwave related AC issues, so I was making arrangements for the family to stay with my parents in another town.

To my surprise, they called and let me know that the technician, Arturo, would be available within 30 -60 minutes. He was obviously very busy and overheated from fixing ACs all day. But he was very nice and efficient. He got the problem solved within 45 minutes. Thank you so much, Arturo!! I hope you at least made some great money for all your hard work during this freakish heat.

Called to figure out what was wrong with our AC unit. When they came to figure out what was wrong they didn't bother to check filters and immediately concluded we needed an entirely new AC unit. After researching on google we replaced air filters ourselves and AC is working better than ever. Steer clear of this company.

These folks service my home and my business for several years now. They make it so easy. They call me when it’s time for my service. They come out promptly. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them.

As if a series of costly misdiagnosis were not enough , they charged me $82 to attempt to fix a failed ac board with the excuse the the labor was guarenteed for 30 days and it had been 60 even though the ac was only just turned on with a warm Tucson day. Hundeds spent and unit only marginally working.

Known the company since they started. Veteran owned and operated. Superior service and highest standards 👏. You will not be disappointed. Give them a call for Heating and Cooling needs. You won't be sorry.

All of the above five attributes fit A Quest to a "t". They are the high price spread, but they're worth it. Truly, an excellent company with which to deal.

Never had service from them but I am following one of their drivers license # 421 WCM swerving all over the road and speeding down Irvington. Won't be calling these guys...don't wanna get anyone else killed because of my cooling problem
