Angel and Jeremy were out to clean our vents and did an amazing job! They took such great care prepping the entire house, then with cleaning the vents (all 17 of them), and then with clean up! I truly appreciate their hard work and our clean vents! Thank you!!

Patrick Riley has done a good job for us with their VIP maintenance program for our AC systems. Today, we had Ben. Previously, we had Victor and Trevor out to do our maintenance. The best thing we have done so far is to have the Air Ducts cleaned. Made a huge difference in summer 2022.

We had 2 HVAC units installed on May 30th by Patrick Riley/Isley's. The guys were courteous and the cleanup was great. What teamwork! One of the units presented a challenge and they stuck with it until the problem was resolved. Kudos and many thanks to Larry, Angel, Christian, and Steven. My apologies to the 2 other guys who were part of the team because I didnt get their names.

I received a phone call from Patrick Riley (PR) that I was eligible for a free water heater flush. I had the anode rod and T&P relief valve replaced 6 months ago by PR. I am sceptical when it comes to free anything and was anticipating additional maintenance or an upsell upon completion. The company didn't disappoint (It was an Isley's truck that showed. I don't know the relationship). The flush was completed and followed up with the technician stating that I needed a new water heater sooner than later, touting the benefits of a tankless system and asking me if I wanted a quote. He showed me some sedimate that was flushed out but offered no other reason for the dire need other than the age of the unit. He stated my water heater had a life expectancy of 6 to 9 years, and wouldn't you know it, mine is 9 years old. There was no water pooling at the base, no complaints from me regarding the performance of the unit, no rusty water in the sink, no metalic taste or smell. This is a turn off for me and I'm writing this mainly to warn people of this type of behavior. Mind you, I think its a genius idea to offer free inspections and maintenance in order to strum up legitimate repairs, but it would have been so refreshing to hear something along the lines of, "everything looks pretty good for now. Your heater is getting older and we'd love it if you remembered us for future repairs and or replacement when the time comes because we value your trust and business."

The day after installation of my new AC/furnace system Patrick Riley purchased the company I had contracted with, Isley’s. I was quite nervous and upset about the change because I had chosen Isley’s as my contractor after researching others and the favorable experiences I had with them in the past. There were a few items pending after installation. Patrick Riley’s timely completion of these items was exceptional. Kyle, their quality control technician was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable with problem resolution, patient and informative with all of my questions. Based on my experience I highly recommend Patrick Riley Cooling and Heating who bought out Isley’s.

Andy and his teammate kept us posted on their timing and once they arrived did an excellent job of communicating, even texting photos of what they were seeing up in our attic where the equipment is. They stayed late working on our a.c. issues. The only negative was the cost, but that seems to be the norm these days for just about everything.

Curtis and the girls on the phone at the office were all very pleasant and professional . They came out quickly and explained everything in detail. There was a part that I needed the blower motor , and they were going to order it and come back the next day but Curtis found one at their warehouse and brought it back the same day and fixed it same day because he didn’t want my toddlers to sleep in a 90 degree home again ! Thank you Curtis!
