I have used Patrick Riley since 2016. Everyone has been great and professional. They replaced our HVAC unit in our old house and keep it in great condition for over 8 years. In our new house they are doing similar and I am sure they will continue to do great services.

Ben can out and went through the entire air conditioning system. He was professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable having him in and around my home. A++++

Victor did a great job fixing the issues with my AC. I was scheduled quickly, he called ahead, arrived on-time, and kept me in the loop via video text. It was great to have a video to see the issue while it was being explained. I was happy to find out it was covered under warranty from a prior vent cleaning we had done. We contacted Patrick Riley plumbing to get an estimate for the services listed above in addition to a sink installation. The technician Miko came out promptly and worked with us to get a fair price. The job was scheduled the next day and Miko did a great job with the installations. He arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional and respectful of our home. Since our experience with Miko was a positive one we will use this company again.

We had a leak on our main water line from a construction crew that messed it up. This company came out and scheduled everything very quickly and professionally. Helped take pictures and offered to write up everything for possible reimbursement from the company at fault. I was very impressed by their kindness and professionalism and the quality of their work. Miko was informative and helpful. He answered my questions and concerns. He was professional and neat. Checked all the plumbing systems. Was going to check the anode rods in hot water heater but I told him not to bother since the HW tank was replaced 3 months earlier.

The wrong size toilet was installed initially. After contacting the company, they came out the next day. We talked about the problem and a replacement toilet was ordered and installed the following day. It's nice to have a company that is willing to respond, listen and correct the issue in such a timely manner.

Do you ever get that one employee that does what he's called for and goes above and beyond? I had that employee today and his name was Ulises. Best representation for a company that I have seen in quite a long time. Quite refreshing and makes me sure I will be using them again.
