Patrick Riley | Isley's Cooling Heating & Plumbing

I was previously with Isleys & Ben Hoss came today as my Service Technician & was so thorough & considerate to leave my home better than he found it. He took videos, explained status of my system & went above & beyond. I'd recommend Ben & Patrick Riley to my friends & plan to stay a customer!

Miko came to do a heater maintenance and inspection of the plumbing. The service was excellent!! Very informative and patient with my questions. He also wasn’t pushy to sell me anything. Also very through in his inspection. I plan on using them again.

The gentlemen that came out to replace our water heater, water softener, and install our RO system, Johnathon and Caine, were so kind, patient, professional, and thorough in their work. They took the time to explain the new systems to us, and to get everything removed and installed so everything was up and running smoothly again!

We also had, Larry, Cristian, Jeremy, and Angel come out to install our new AC units and they were great also! The care and attention they took to protect our floors and cleaning up after a day of installing our new, beautiful AC units was amazing! They all worked so hard going up the stairs and into the attic with all the equipment and everything that had to come out of the attic - they are a hard working crew! They took the time to explain the new thermostats and clean up everything!

Both teams were amazing - great group of men who were professional and fantastic at their jobs!

The service man, Mic, was so patient, kind and informative. He went about his business in a quiet and efficient manner. I couldn't have asked for a nicer representative for Patrick Riley.

Ernest came to my home on time and introduced himself and was super personable. I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. I always like to see companies that fully value their hard working employees. I will continue to call Patrick Riley first every time. Thanks Ernest. Gene also came out and did a plumbing check and was very thorough. Thanks Gene.

My service was scheduled for one o’clock and I was notified the workers were on the way about 15 minutes before one. They arrived promptly and began working. They took care to cover furniture and walls with plastic to keep them clean. They were professional, friendly, and worked hard. They took before and after pictures to show me what had been cleaned. They did a great job.

What more can I say, Patrick Riley always goes above and beyond to help diagnose potential issues without making the customer feel pressured to buy something. They tell the truth and help you understand so that you can make an educated decision.

Jon from Patric Riley came out to look at the anode rod which the prior employee Milo could not get it out of the watere heater. Jon had the proper tool to do that and it was determined it was 75% calcified so we had it replaced with a magnesium adode rod. He was very polite and explained how that part worked. Thank you for your prompt service.

I has a gas cap that had rusted over and was unable to be traditionally removed. Jon with Pat Riley & Isley came out right on time and spent a little over 2 hours working on it with all the necessary parts along with installing the kit I had for my grill. Absolutely fantastic work and great attitude the whole time.

Would highly recommend this service to anyone needing any sort of plumbing done whether it be outside pipes like it was in my case or anything else!

Chuck, the Technician, was on time and very professional. He was also more thorough than any HVAC technician I have ever experienced. Most importantly, he was very honest. Unfortunately the Company, Patrick Riley, is very expensive and the small part he replaced in the A/C unit was VERY expensive. Far over the online averages for the same work but again I give Chuck credit for making the effort to get the price down a little.
Overall good experience solely because they have a good employee.
