Patrick Riley did a fantastic job installing my tankless water heater. They came in with a reasonable bid on the service, showed up on time and finished sooner than expected. What they did looked extremely well done, almost a work of art. I will definitely consider them for all future work i might need done. BTW, the electrical work was done by another contractor.

We had a complete maintenance service done on all 3 of our AC/Heat exchange units. “Chuck” was the technician who came out here today. He called & arrived on time as scheduled. He was very nice and professional explaining everything as he checked out each unit and followed up with videos and photos before and after him servicing each one. We are very much satisfied with Patrick Riley especially with “Chuck” and we will request him every time. We highly recommend this company and Chuck for any of your AC/Heating issues you may have.

I had been having problems with my air conditioning keeping the whole house cool so I decided to call Patrick Riley Heating & Plumbing. Cristian and Juan came to the house and provided an excellent service. Not only were they timely, but they were efficient and clean. The air conditioning works SO much better now. I can't believe how much it needed upkeep. I was pleasantly surprised that my house seemed more clean after they left a room than before! I absolutely recommend this company if you need anything done to your house. They even took pictures along the way to show you what they were doing to keep you updated.

Curtis was extremely professional. He came out in the middle of the night ready to help. Christian, Angel and Juan were very professional and got the job done in a tight space no less. Spent the time cleaning up and making sure everything worked great. The company was able to get a new unit installed the next day which is great and offer a very nice warranty and service package, but I can’t give 5 stars because of the price, and the nebulousness of the breakdown in cost. Other than that the house is cooling better than ever.

We have been working with Patrick Riley for about 5 years. They have by far been the best company to deal with. Their service people are excellent with their professionalism and people skills. Both are important if your customer has a non-working AC unit. Our service person today, Max Byrd, was very knowledgable, kept us informed of all steps he took and was a delight to have in our home. Gene and Caine came to my house to check on a small leak in my Water Softener System. Gene determined the source of the leak, repaired the leak, and explained why the leak occurred. He even put a covering on the tank- no charge. Thank you for excellent service!

Gene is very professional, efficient, quality workmanship, and work ethics. He explains the work project before he begins and how it will improve the efficiency, ie water loss over time. Parts break down over the years and better parts installed today to 2 outside faucets. He also checked my washer for any problems. He made the rounds of my plumbing areas inside to be sure no other issues were found. He is very personable and has excellent customer service! He did not become inpatient with my multiple questions. Our service technician, Taber Sofianos, was absolutely incredible! Punctual, professional, great personality, sent me videos in real time of his inspection process, did a very thorough job all around! We were very impressed with Taber! A true asset to the business!
