One Stop Heating and Cooling

Just got my new AC installed today, 4/17/21. Couldn't be happier with the service. Got 5 bids, they weren't the cheapest but far from the most expensive (you get what you pay for). Plus the sales guy, Jeff I think, offered to fix my old AC so I could wait a year or so before purchasing a new unit. The installers (JJ and Damian) were on time, friendly, professional and were in no rush and made sure the job was done right (checked AC temp, programmed WiFi thermostat, etc...)

Jeff came out to my house and was consummate professional. He had a great deal of patience while I was going back and forth with my Father on the phone. He was extremely genuine and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

After a long day of work , we find out our AC isn’t working-called around and found One Stop, who was not only responsive, but they were knowledgeable and compassionate. Came out SAME day, (after calling at 5pm) diagnosed and ordered the parts needed for the permanent fix, but not before getting our system running to keep us cool overnight. They were prompt and accurate in their diagnosis but more importantly took the time to explain and walk us through the process and made sure we understood everything- their fees and charges were in line with what my neighbors paid for the very same issue- and yes came out the SAME DAY!!! We are a fan- and will continue to use One Stop- we are so thankful we found them!!!

I called around 8:30pm on a Friday and buy 9:30 they were already at the house looking at our AC. Jeff was professional and kept us updated on options and details. By Tuesday they found us a new unit and replaced it. JJ did awesome to show us how to run the new one. Very happy with my service.

Great service! Omg our old heater went out around 9pm on New Year's Eve .... my family came all the way from Texas ... we didn't know what to do .... I called one stop heating & cooling Mr Jeff came within 45min and gave us a great service.... within 50 minutes our heater began to work, Jeff was super honest with his service and price .

Jeff provided fair up front OTD pricing during the estimate, which was a sigh of relief as most companies wait a day or 2 to email the final quote. JJ and Damien also installed it 4 days later, which was amazing as other companies are having supply issues and are also booked up for weeks. The new Trane unit is far more efficient and cools down the house 3x faster than the old unit. Overall, the prices are transparent and process was quick and easy. Very happy with my purchase.

Very professional technician. Jeff came to my house same day and promptly diagnosed the problem. He explained what was wrong and quickly fixed the A/C with better parts than what was on it. A true Godsend thank you OneStop! Great Value and great service.

If there were bonus stars to award, I would give them all to One Stop Heating & Cooling. Fast and friendly service as well as cost efficient. Jeff was extremely polite and personable. He even informed me my unit was not that old and could still be under warranty. I highly recommend this company if you want superior service!

So grateful for the folks at OneStop! We called at 4:35pm & Jeff was here by 5:07pm. In the AZ summer, with a malfunctioning AC unit, minutes feel like days, so we were thankful to get same day service. Jeff took the time to inspect the unit & explain our options. We opted to purchase a new unit & were scheduled to have it installed within 48 hours. In the meantime, Jeff was able to help us make sure to keep cool enough until the install. OneStop stands behind their products & provides excellent customer service. No pressure, and never felt like a “sale.” We would highly recommend OneStop/Jeff to anyone!!!
