One Stop Heating and Cooling

One Stop came to the rescue. Our AC unit was not blowing cool air. After calling several other companies only to be told they are 4 days out, one-stop showed up the next morning. Jeff showed up, professional, friendly and cleary explained what was going on with our unit (our issue was caused from an incorrect repair from another company). Will definitely use these guys moving forward for all of our service and install. Thank you Jeff!!

While I called for normal maintenance they found one of the parts inside was going out. I was concerned that having them put a different in might void my warranty so I asked them to wait while I called my HVAC manufacturer. It took almost an hour and they waited there patiently. In the end, only the part would not be covered under manufacturers warranty so I had them change it. I wasn't happy that I had to pay for a part when my York system is only 3 years old, but thats why I have annual maintenance done! Knew I should've bought a Train!!

Trust worthy from beginning to end. One stop was very accommodating by providing my family with a temporary AC unit to hold us over until the install date. Jeff and his team were on time, efficient and our new HVAC install not only looks but it runs flawlessly! I had my AC go out on a Saturday afternoon, and called one stop. Jeff came out within an hour and fixed my issue quickly and got me back up and running. Would definitely recommend this company, they are quick, available on the weekends and during those inconvenient times when the ac always goes out, and reasonable.

AC went out at 8pm, was able to stay somewhere else overnight but called first thing at 7am had appointment for 9-12 that day. Jeff came out earlier then 9am, even better! Very professional and courteous explained the problem and had the part on site. Will be giving our future business to them for such a quick response to a bad situation. Truly ONE STOP!

I came home to my A/C unit making a horrific noise and not working properly. I gave Jeff at ONE STOP a call to diagnose my situation and I'm sure glad that I did. I went with his recommendations of replacing the older unit and how urgent it would need to be. The Trane unit I chose was going to take a little bit to arrive but Jeff made it a point to receive it as soon as possible not knowing how much longer my old one would last.... and good thing too. Three days later after ordering the unit my old A/C went out completely. Jeff and his team squeezed me in and had the new one installed the following day for my family and I. Not only did they install the A/C unit, but they also upgraded the return duct, and installed a new wifi thermostat in the process to improve the overall efficiency. I can not express how much gratitude my family and I have for Jeff, JJ, Damien and all their hard work and expertise. Thank you gentlemen and God bless.

Jeff showed up early for the appointment, which was greatly appreciated! He immediately deduced the problem with my AC unit. He had the new part I needed on his truck, so he was able to get my air blowing nice & cold in record time. Thanks, Jeff!
