Found One Stop Heating and Cooling and Jeff on Google. He booked us right away with no problem. Was accommodating with our schedule. Jeff was personable and very knowledgeable. Performed service on our AC with no issues. We liked Jeff so much we signed up for a service agreement at a reasonable price. We’ve now got piece of mind that we’re in good hands.

Jeff from One Stop Heating and Cooling really saved us. On a Sunday afternoon with the temperature 112ﾟ our air conditioner stopped working. I had already called a couple of well known air conditioning companies with 24 hour service but none of them to get out until 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning. We called Jeff at 1 stop heating and cooling he was literally 2 minutes away from our house he stopped replaced are capacitors and had the air conditioning up and running in less than 5 minutes thank you Jeff your the best. You're the fastest and most professional air conditioning guy we've ever met will definitely use you again

Jeff has exceptional customer service skills and great work ethic. My husband and I have used him a couple of times, both being AC emergencies. He was prompt to show up, explained things thoroughly and hit a home run in his services. We will continue to use him, and we will recommend him to anyone in need of heating/AC repairs or installation.

Came home around 5PM. Immediately noticed that our AC was not working. Being 8 months pregnant in the middle of summer, this was the beginning of a nightmare. I called one stop and Immediately got a HUMAN and they gave me a 3 hour time frame. Our tech, Jay Jay was there 15 earlier. Jay Jay was quick, professional and knowledgeable. The price was affordable. My home was cooled by 9 PM. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

David was great!!! Troubleshooted my system and was able to find the issue within minutes. In less than 30 minutes my system was back and running. He also took the time to do the maintenance and share his pros and cons about my system. Maybe it is time for a new one!! Thanks David!!

These guys One Stop Heating & Cooling LLC came instantly right after calling them, ON A SATURDAY! Damien was very polite and professional. He is also very thorough with his work and explained what exactly needed fixed. He ended up fixing my capacitor and changed my fuse in addition to some maintenance on my unit in case anything else was needed. The whole thing was done within an hour!
I 10/10 recommend them!

Jeff was wonderful! He was on time, very responsive and worked with us to replace our highly inefficient unit. We were spending $400/mo in electric bills but our new system is so much more efficient and enjoyable. We suffered for so long with our old unit, I wish we had called One Stop sooner! Sunday, January 2nd, 2022, 9:30am. Returned from my walk on this very cold (28 degree low) morning following new years day. Shocked to see the 72 degree thermostat ready 67 degrees last hour. Crisis, wife sick. Frantically googled dozens of HVAC companies, knowing how unlikely it will be to get ahold of an answering service, let alone actually getting a technician out on this after holiday Sunday.
I was right. During the course of over a half hour of phone calls to advertized 24/7 listed HVAC companies, almost all never answered. Some did have answering services, but just asked for my contact information and told "someone" will get back. No timeframes given.
I was thinking that nobody is going to come out. However, I knew my heat pump must be operational before it gets freezing again tonight. I couldn't even get my longtime HVAC company to come out.
My anxiety was growing, and frustration and even anger, set in.
Finally, I happened to dial One Stop. To my amazement, a voice, not an answering service, picked up my call after just a few rings, unlike anyone previously.
Jeff answered, and, after listening to the symptoms, quickly explained the problem. It gets better, too.
Jeff told me he can be out today!! He told me the service call would be between 4pm to 7pm.
I was elated! Actually, he arrived around 3pm. He told me the service charge is $60, very low for a weekday call, but especially for a Sunday following new years day, and no after hours additional fee. Very surprised and delighted.
Jeff changed my filters, and quickly diagnosed the defrost issues. And he emailed the work receipt upon my request today.
No other contractors I tried, and failed to contact in over a half an hour of continuous calls responsed!

This is a company that is not only professional, punctual and fair with their pricing — they are passionate about pleasing their customers, as well! Jeff tells the truth, recommends exactly what’s needed, then delivers it all through a team of expert installers. Frank and Eddie worked diligently to see that the roof units were soundly seated and that the inside 4-ton air handler was well-installed, fully sealed, and even beautiful-looking! Meanwhile, JJ performed the same with the upstairs 2-ton unit — topped off with an air-scrubber! Would I recommend this company? ABSOLUTELY!

In a day where excellent customer care and service can be hard to come by — this company SHINES!
