One Stop Heating and Cooling

We came home from a weekend trip to a bust AC. 108 degree outside, 87 inside. Called multiple AC repair companies and one stop was one of the few willing to come out same day which was important to us because it kept getting hotter and my parents were there to visit plus we got dogs.
Damien was the name of the tech. I feel like he did a good job, he was nice to talk to, seemed like he was knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining what was wrong and how he'd fix it.
The boss came by at some point as well to make sure all was going well. Don't think every boss would come out on a Sunday night past 10pm. Appreciate it.
Damien was here until after midnight to make sure we'd have a cool house, thanks Damien!
We'll call them again if we need the AC fixed again (hopefully not for a very long time).

Jeff arrived quickly and informed me of all my options. Great experience. Will be calling on them again in the future.

Update 4/12 - a big thank you to JJ & Damien they arrived early to install my new AC Unit. They did a fantastic job, very efficient.

We hired One Stop about a year ago for maintenance and were thoroughly satisfied with their services, so we had them come by again for another job, and were met with the same great service. JJ and Luis (I think I am spelling those right, pardon if not) did a wonderful job and were great about being professional and on time. Jeff has a great crew here and we appreciate them and their business!

Jeff was fast to arrive. Within an hour of calling the company, compared to several other companies I called who said later in the day or even days later. Jeff called 30 minutes after and was already on his way. He was friendly, professional, punctual and quick to repair. I was very happy. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality and reliable service.

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for a tune-up. The technician, Damien, was able to show up early and was very professional/knowledgeable. In addition to the maintenance service, Damien took the time to discuss my issues with my new thermostat and a quote for a new AC unit due to the age of my current unit.

Very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again. Scheduling service was fast and easy. They showed up when they said they would and gave a phone call when they were about 30 minutes away. Great company! I had scheduled service with another company and they ended up canceling my appointment after waiting all day because they had too many emergency phone calls. So this was amazing when One Stop Heating & Cooling was able to get me in so fast.

I have used this company twice now to fix the AC at my house and at my investment property. Both times we had Damian come out and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure the whole AC system was working properly. The company should be very proud to have an employee that is as reliable and dedicated as Damian is!

Easiest and best decision ever was calling them to repair our AC! It was 90° in our house but I called them at 5:30 pm, Jeff showed up exactly when he said he would, 8:00 pm on the dot, and we had cold air pumping through the house 10 minutes later! I’ve never been more appreciative of the professionalism, timeliness, and genuine expert level of service. While I’d never wish a broken AC on anyone mid July in Phoenix, I highly recommend keeping their number on speed dial. Ask for Jeff, he’s the best!

I would highly recommend One Stop for your HVAC needs. Our system went down because a rat ate the wires and Damien was there the next morning. On a Sunday. He was very responsive and professional. Called me when he was done to assure I was satisfied. What a great company!!

The team was absolutely amazing from working with Maya in scheduling, Jeff, Damien,JJ and his partner! They were very professional, on time, very knowledgeable and cleaned up any mess that was made during installation. I used to work in construction for 15 years and I’m very picky on which vendors and tradesman to use and One Stop impressed me, also they were more affordable than the other quotes I received. It’s a win-win!
