    Terrible experience for AC issues. Had my home warranty send them out as our contractors. The tech was rude and would not answer simple questions. Even answered the phone and walked away mid conversation. It was unbelievable. He came out and said ac Unit was fine but might need cleaned.

    A month and a half later it broke down completely. Same tech came out and had another terrible experience.

    So I called to try to calmly explain the frustration. The owner spoke to me and said he would handle it directly and get back to me same day. Never got a single response from him, only a response from home warranty saying I need to clean my ac before they will fix it.

    Avoid at all costs.

    Quick turnaround, good prices, friendly service over the phone. I spoke with a gentleman named Konnor and he was able to get a repair technician to my house to address my faulty air conditioning. And everyone knows in AZ summer, that is no joke. Very pleased with the service, and happy to support a small family-run business during the pandemic. I will be using North Valley again.

    North Valley Mechanical just installed a new A/C unit at our home and we could not have been more pleased with the job they did. Jorge, Maikol and Nathan showed up right on time and were very professional, experienced and extremely polite. They did a great job with the clean up as well!
    I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!

    Took the time to investigate and look at all vents of house. Arrived on time and explained problems/solutions very well . They also installed my new thermostat at hourly rate, $125 total. I also had them do some work in 2019, on time, professional, fixed AC problem. Both times great . I asked my home warranty provider to assign them as the company to fix my AC.

    We have 3 units that that needed maintenance to our newly purchased home and needed a good inspect. They are 15yrs old and we expected the worst from the outcome of the checkup.

    The tech (Dave) gave me a 30 min heads up call as requested and arrived on time. He was very thorough with his review as documented in the post inspect email report and pictures. He indicated that other than possibly getting some float switches installed, the system was in great shape for the years it had on it. We appreciate this company not trying to upsell any unnecessary items as we are new to owning a home with 3 - not so new units and wouldn’t know any better had he tried to sell us the catalog. Straightforward and honest. Couldn’t ask for more.

    This company is great. They were super responsive and had a tech come out the next day. The tech, Brett, was ultra professional and went through every detail to make sure the HVAC unit was back up and running perfectly. Brett was professional, took the time to explain to me what happened, why it happened, and how he fixed it. He was clean, personable, and a very nice guy. I highly recommend this company!

    My warranty recommended this company. The tech came out (Richard I believe was his name) and caused more problems. He said he replaced the motor and had to come back less than an hour later because the AC still wasn’t working and as it turns out he knocked the air duct off in the attic and was unwilling to fix it. (The new AC tech I hired said air ducts just don’t fall off and the last guy was negligent). Anyway he said he needed authorization from the home warranty company to fix it and they were closed but I said I will pay you or someone from your company to fix it now and he said to call someone else. Not willing to work and leave customers in the heat. This is your job or find a new career! Lazy and unprofessional. Made us wait 4 days for the appointment too. Run away!
