I call NVM to check my evaporative coolers as the company I had did not perform and I wanted the units in good shape for the heat of summer. Chris Kelly was the technician who came out and gave me the news I did not want to hear. Both units needed replacement, they were not worth repair. The quote I got from NVM was very fair. Most other companies wanted double the single install. NVM gave me a quote not charging for things like crane service twice so it was honest. Chris Kelly did my istall. It was a long day for him with two units, but he was pleasant and professional. I'm confident the units are exactly as they should be and will give years of service. NVM will do my maintenance as they have proven themselves. Very satisfied. Thank you.
