More impressive though was that when my air handler went out on a Friday after closing and after they had just ordered the part I needed, I called and left them a voicemail on Saturday letting them know that it had completely stopped working. Even though they were closed, I received a text message within an hour of my voicemail with an update and estimate of when I would hear from them on Monday. True to their word, I received a call first thing Monday morning to update me on the part arrival.
I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them just based upon their quality work and customer service alone!
The appointment was 4 days from the call and the repair another week later. I was told by the warranty company the diagnosis was not sent in for 2 days and only after 2,/10 requested it
We've been very happy with North Valley, they replaced our failing AC unit a few years ago, the new one has been outstanding (quiet, efficient, and has saved a bunch on our electric bill)! Our original installation request didn't work as planned but their team engineered a better solution on the spot and at no extra cost. In years since, their techs have done a great job and really take their time with the routine maintenance appointments, they go out of their way to make sure everything gets done right.
