NVM has been out to our house before. We have a home warranty and they sent another company to repair our ac that was not working. Within 3 days it went out again. Poor customer Service so I asked my Home Warranty if they could send North Valley again.

SAME GREAT QUALITY SERVICE. Highly recommend calling them first for your AC/Heating needs. Within 30 minutes they had troubleshooted the problem, fixed the unit and my ac was blowing ice cold again.

Great service! Service Tech Dave is the BEST, most knowledgeable, straight-forward, honest & reliable. We have twice a year service with North Valley Mechanical for past 5 years, and they keep our 25-yr old AC tuned-up and running well. Recommend without hesitation.
