Their tech correctly diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat, and had a new one installed in a matter of minutes. I thought the cost was on the high side, but NVM took care of my problem less than 24 hours after it became a problem. They came when they said they would, and fixed everything correctly. I'm very satisfied.
I called them with an emergency, and being a new customer I thought I would have to wait a long time for an Appointment but they came the next day and fixed the issue , charged a fair price and I definitely will call them again when future issues arise!.

Installed 2 different series gold and silver. Per trane techs. the system is set up for failure and does not operate properly. The company still does not and will not resolve the matter. Even though Trane is willing to help with expenses to make the system right.
North Valley Replaced the inside air handler and the 5 ton A coil due to a malfunction within the unit. About a 7 hour timeframe and was done. Took multiple phone calls to the warranty company Fidelity and North Valley over the course of 6 to 8 weeks for this air handler to be replaced. Not a timely response!
