Their tech correctly diagnosed the problem as being the thermostat, and had a new one installed in a matter of minutes. I thought the cost was on the high side, but NVM took care of my problem less than 24 hours after it became a problem. They came when they said they would, and fixed everything correctly. I'm very satisfied.

Came out the same day I called and repaired my a/c. Ryan, the tech, was AWESOME. I highly recommend North Valley Mechanical.

Installed 2 different series gold and silver. Per trane techs. the system is set up for failure and does not operate properly. The company still does not and will not resolve the matter. Even though Trane is willing to help with expenses to make the system right.

North Valley Replaced the inside air handler and the 5 ton A coil due to a malfunction within the unit. About a 7 hour timeframe and was done.
Took multiple phone calls to the warranty company Fidelity and North Valley over the course of 6 to 8 weeks for this air handler to be replaced. Not a timely response!

I had a new AC unit installed by NVM in 2017 and they've been excellent while regularly servicing the unit.

We had great service and everything was fixed on time..very professional
