i just had my heater fixed last week. Was expecting to be disappointed and i imagine that maybe a part may be needed and required ordering But, to my surprise they had the part my heater needed on hand and was up and running in a few minutes . My furnace works great and am grateful

Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable. Competitive prices. Work was done correctly and neatly the first time.

Called at 7:30 am, they had me try unit again and call at 9:30am. Unit not working, appt between 1-2pm. Repairmen (Jamie) came at 1:30, by 3pm everything back to normal and working. Big thanks to Kristy for her scheduling magic fitting us in today. In over 100 degree weather would have been bad for us seniors.

Experienced once of their vehicles driving very aggressively, speeding, rapidly changing lanes without signaling, and overall in a hurry to get somewhere. I contacted the company via e-mail to express my concerns and they couldn't be bothered to reply.

The AC went out so I called Liberty. They came out the same day, earlier than they said, and it was fixed in 2 hours. And at a fair price! A very good experience!

2 of their work vans this morning at 5:35am on hwy 347 almost wrecked me and my family due to poor driving skills. Tailgating me for 5 plus miles. I had to go on the median to avoid them wrecking me from behind. plate #s ck35669 and cj27394. Dont know if they were running late or what, but putting others at risk on the road using your company vehicle is not right!!

We would recommend this company to everyone! Jason was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly in spite of the heat He had our air back on in a short period of time. Thank you, Jason!

Definately have great service thanks to the guys who got my old unit running again and its great!

Their okay on yearly checks but unresponsive when your ac fails in a heat wave 4 calls to them no reponce for service or replacing AC unit in 3 days
