Liberty was recommended by my leasing agent. I called on a Tuesday and left a voice mail to set up a service contract. Today is Friday and no response. I called and spoke with Anna. She was very nice on the phone and I thought that this was going to be a good experience. She mentioned that she forwarded my info to the service manager, who happens to be part owner. Anna told me that she will contact the service manager again to follow up. Well, the service manager Hoxie called me. He seem very irritated and started of by saying, 'you called our office, what do you want.' My first impression was that he was not very customer savy. I went on to explain to him that I called and left a message 4 days ago and that he was recommended by my leasing agent. He went on by saying he doesn't have voicemail. I responded that I did leave a voicemail and Ispoke to Anna today. My gut feeling was not in favor of him or his company. Suddenly, the warm fuzzy feeling I had from Anna's professionalism was fading fast. I express to the service manager that it seems that he is irritated and that he was not customer friendly, with the tone of voice he displayed. Then silence. He certainly doesn't know how to save a customer. I ended the conversation saying that because of his lack of customer service skills, that I would be moving on to choose another vendor. I then called Anna back to confirm that they do have voicemail and thanked her for her professional experience. America is great, as long as we remember that no matter how successful we think we are, always remember the core values of how this country was built on. The customer service skills that Anna displayed is one of those core values. The service manager's lack of customer service skills, is what can destroy a consumers choice.
Best AC company out there.... I'm a general contractor and I use them on all my properties..... They've been doing service for me for over 5 years and I've never had to question one thing they've ever done... Quality people, that just don't rip you off... The AC business that's extremely hard to find. Only took me 5 years to put up this post, but thank you very much Liberty!
I have never used this service nor will I ever need to. This review is based on an experience of one of their drivers in a vehicle. Driving with my kids in the car, one of their drivers aggressively tailgated me and proceeded to cut me off on the road. I video recorded the incident from start to finish. I called and reported him, the person that took the report, gave the aggressive driver my phone number and the driver began harassing me on my phone voicemail and text. The driver has no integrity for the company nor does he have any concern for safety on the road. I highly suggest this driver be retrained to follow courteous driving behavior. The license plate is CJ-27394 and the drivers phone number I have as well and voicemail is saved as a shareable audio file as well. If he doesn’t stop calling and texting me I will call the cops and whoever I need to report him further.
Want to give recognition to (3) technicians who installed our new HVAC system. Teito, Dave and Christian where quick and did an excellent job. We are also pleased with the workings of the unit. It is very quit and was the best estimate we were given out of (4) quotes. Happy to have found them and have made recommendation to others here at the RV park.
came at a cheap price now just a month after the year waranty its leaking thru my cieling causeing water damage and they want 75$ an hour to fix the work they did which is funny i told them to make sure nothing leaks when they installed it
Our heat pump went out on a Thursday night. We called Friday and someone came out to quote repair that SAME day. They said they would be out on Saturday to install new heat pump at 7:00 am. The trucks pulled up to our house at EXACTLY 7:00. DAVE,CHRIS,JUSTIN, and CHRISTON gave up their saturday day off to make sure we had heat for the weekend. VERY PROFESSIONAL, cleaned up and were out in no time. Thanks to them we are cozy and warm.
I would highly recommend Liberty Cooling & Heating. Jason came out and did a thorough, professional and honest evaluation of the issue with our AC and fixed it promptly. This is our 2nd experience with Liberty....and I can refer them with confidence they will do right by you!!!
I have used Liberty a few times and the service was excellent and at a reasonable price. I am glad to have found them. Both John and Raymond each did a great job at my place.
I have had to have them out two days in a row. , could not find issue. Added freon twice. Unit is only a little over a year old. I tried to explain that if the can't find leak, it has to be unit. Now it won't shut off.
