Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

As a retired electrician, as Michael explained things starting with power supply, I understood. I quickly realized the problem because of the technician’s experience. It was like I worked for Howard air, but was an apprentice with HVAC and we were working together. I had a great experience with Howard air.

Service was very quick for a Sunday night. The tech was knowable and did not hesitate to get the work completed quickly. He emailed photos of the work completed under my home befor and after.

Dave is a life saver. We have been without air since July 4. When we got back, the a/c was only blowing hot air.
Dave diagnosed the problem within minuets. Took care of the problem . My wife,who is 83. Can FINALY sleep !!

The technician when he arrived was 5 star. The whole process with given a window of 12pm to 5 pm, and no prior communication until I call on the morning of my service to get the window and having to call 4 times to get a status of is 1 start. The technician didn’t arrive until after 6pm and I didn’t get any updates on the status without calling dispatch several time. I was literally tied to my house when if I knew the status of being late I could have run needed errands. If the technician is going to be late notify the customer.
