Howard Air did what they committed to do, and did a top notch job. Out of 3 quotes, they were in the middle for new A/C and gas furnace. However, the scope of work was better defined, and we got a TRANE 4 ton unit. The other 2 companies were brands that I hadn't heard of. The 3 man crew showed up exactly on time, started working, and I don't think they stopped until they got done 7 hrs later. Nice clean setup, answered all my questions, briefed me on the new programmable thermostat. Cleaned up the debris. Never hurried, just very efficient, courteous, and seemed to enjoy what they do. They were great!

The technician when he arrived was 5 star. The whole process with given a window of 12pm to 5 pm, and no prior communication until I call on the morning of my service to get the window and having to call 4 times to get a status of is 1 start. The technician didn’t arrive until after 6pm and I didn’t get any updates on the status without calling dispatch several time. I was literally tied to my house when if I knew the status of being late I could have run needed errands. If the technician is going to be late notify the customer.
