Gabriel did a routine inspection on my old air conditioning unit today. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained his findings and recommendations well. He even changed the battery in one of my smoke detectors for me because I told him I couldn't reach it with my stepladder. I appreciated that.

I've purchased 2 HVAC units from and had them installed by Howard Air. Very good customer experience both times.
