From the first call to when the technician left Howard Air has been WONDERFUL! Scott Bird is so knowledgeable about anything A/C related. He was great and patient with us as we decided to get a new unit for our home. John or technician was so nice and answered all of our questions. We can not wait to get our new unit in. So glad though that Howard Air has a program that will temporarily fix your not working A/C until the new one comes in. I will not have to have a hot house until the new unit arrives and is installed. Thank you Howard Air!

Had them install the ac 13yrs ago and been flaw less since. Fixed it same day when my compressor fan went out.

Howard Air is a great company. I had them install two new AC units when we moved in five years ago. I haven’t had any issues until our upstairs unit wasn’t cooling as well. They came out to service the unit and it was low on refrigerant. The service guys were very nice and added some refrigerant and the unit was cooling properly again.

Anthony went above and beyond expectations. He worked quickly and efficiently but he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He taught me how to clean another filter I had in the house, which had been accumulating dust for several years. Very pleasant personality. I would certainly request him again.

Technician arrived within the design time frame, always very professional and friendly. Gave me a quote for duct cleaning and other suggested maintenance. Very happy with the quality of service I received!!

We had a lightning strike close to our upstairs refrigeration unit rendering it inoperative. Howard Air's response was reasonably prompt. They checked our unit, removed two destroyed circuit boards, installed a different temporary thermostat, and restored cooling until new circuit boards were ordered and received. Upon receipt of the new parts, they were installed, the smart thermostat was reinstalled, and there was no charge under the 10 year refrigeration warranty. Very happy with Howard Air's service.

Just went through a renovation, and out of everyone I hired, Howard Air was the best contractor to work with. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and were always on schedule and in contact. If everyone tried as hard as they do, the world would be a much better place!

Henry with Howard Air came out for a scheduled check on my AC. Henry was very professional and courteous. While providing the service, he explained what he was doing and asked if I had any questions or concerns with the AC.
