    We had a great experience with this company! They arrived quicker than one could have expected with a last minute call with an AC unit that stopped working in triple digit weather. They were highly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend to family and friends!

    Cactus installed my AC system and I learned after they installed it they used too small of a return. They made an extra hole in my roof and patched it with just silicone. I bought a warranty from them and was told it was manufacture and never given further information. They came out and repaired a fuse one and now are trying to find a leak in the AC. I feel like they don't do their job well or communicate well. I got a little more info on the warranty but not much. Also the man who came out today did not wear a mask and was smoking while working on my roof. He's very unprofessional. I wish I'd never used them. I'll update when the work is done but so far I'm not feeling confident.

    I called with a high humidity ongoing issue with our AC in our apartment. Our management companies AC company dismissed us several times. I spoke with Bruce today who was generous with his knowledge and got an experienced technician out the same day. Pete did a through investigation and found the problem a TXV value. Their prices are reasonable and very honest. Highly recommend them!

    This company is great. I'm a local realtor and have been through many different ac companies in the past. Up until now, I have not found one that I would use again. 99% of all my deals (purchasing or listing) need some sort of HVAC service. Cactus was able to schedule a repair with the current owner within the inspection period. Both parties were happy and the deal was not delayed. We were able to close on time with no hiccups. I will continue to use them for everything. Thank you.

    Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!

    I made an appointment with Cactus Mechanical last week to have my AC unit checked/tuned up. I was told they would call me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so I needed to take a day off work to be home. The day of the appointment arrives and instead of getting a call saying, they were on their way they call to tell me they have to cancel because of a high level of broken AC units.

    I completely understand and appreciate they are focused on getting AC units back up and running before doing any regular tune ups. However, they should have called a day earlier to inform me they had to cancel so I did not have to take a day off work.

    Potential customers call a day before your service to verify Cactus Mechanical will show up. Otherwise, you may be sitting at home for no reason.

    We had Mike Windle come out as a second opinion on an AC fix and he got us fixed up for a fraction of the cost we were quoted by the big guys. I can't describe how awesome he was and how appreciative we are that he was straightforward and honest with us. Hands down the best experience with HVAC that I've ever had!

    Had cactus mechanical replace my complete HVAC system when the A/C failed about 1.5 years ago. Was pleased with the knowledgeable employees from the person who assessed my house to the installers of all the components. The person who assessed my house actually found out that my A/C units tonnage was wrong for the size house I own.

    Fast forward to the current date, while in my attic I noticed a hose that was not correctly installed when it was replaced. I called Cactus Mechanical and they came out the next day. They noticed the same discrepancy from the install and fixed the problem with no charge. Now I know what you may be thinking. They should've definitely, with no question, fix the problem with no charge; I thought that as well. But the fact that it was 1.5 years after the install could've gave an unfair company enough reason to not fix the problem free of charge. The fact that they did makes them good in my book.
