Armer Air

I have been a customer of Armer Air for almost seven years. Matt and his team have taken great care of my a/c unit. Last year I had an air handler issue over the 4th of July holiday, and Matt was able to repair my issue within an hour of calling, and with a smile! This past weekend my unit began blowing warm air, and Matt walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone that ended up fixing the issue. He didn't charge a dime for his time. Customer service at Armer Air can't be beat!

I was referred to Armer by a co-worker and I could not be happier. Matt was on time, quick to analyze the problem, and then fix the issue. I was back in cold AC quickly and could not be happier. Very reasonable pricing and just GOOD PEOPLE!

A total scam. I had an issue where one of my two zones was not functioning properly. They inspected the unit in the attic and then told me they had fixed the problem by "opening the zone 1 damper that was stuck closed". They convinced me they had fixed the problem even though I didn't notice any change in airflow. Later, I did my own research and crawled up there myself. Turns out my zone 2 damper was never closing (simple fix I did myself) and it's not possible to "open the zone 1 damper" because it's physically unable to get "stuck shut". The only way they could have figured out what the actual problem was would have been to look at the zone 2 damper, which was difficult to access and required digging through insolation. This must have been too much work for them, since there was no trace of them accessing it. Laziness and lying got them $80. Single females beware. Do your own research and don't use Armer Air.

Called on a Saturday after hours. A/C needed to be reset and they talked me through it. Worked great! Thanks!

Absolutely hands down the best company for your repair needs. Either for you AC or plumbing, I highly recommend them. I called at 8:00am and by 8:30am they were here fixing my plumbing issues. I would Never use any other repair service in Victoria. They are so friendly, very reasonable prices, on time, and down right good people. 100%! Armer Air team was responsive, on time (actually early!) and professional. Took time to explain issue with my air handler, then took time to go get a special part. Armer Air is the go-to company for AC. They came out on time and called to remind us like they said they would. Matt found the problem with my mini-split within 5 minutes, and fixed the overlooked issue. Trustworthy and great service, I can't recommend them enough. I will call them for all my AC needs.

Came when they said they would. Installed our new HVAC system in about 3 hours with a crew of 5. Professional, experienced and competitive. Our new system works as expected with much higher efficiency. What more could you ask for?
