Jennifer and Matt are great to work with! Easy to schedule and a very affordable rate given the quality. Matt checked my unit at my office, checked everything, and made a great recommendation to help make the office more comfortable with a new piece of equipment (for under $200). Will be having them inspect and service my unit this spring before the heat comes again at both my office and my home!

I was told by 3 different AC companies that I need to AC unit replaced. This was going to cost me around 5 to 7 thousand dollars. Outstanding customer service from the first phone call to Jennifer. They understood the dilemma that we were standing in a 95° home with no working AC and dispatched a driver same day. Called to confirm and verify address. Very professional, knew what they were doing and changed some parts - so we ow have working AC. Although this is a new home with a new service contract, we had heard great things about this company on Alwatukee411 and Local Facebook. No reason to call the installer and home builder and argue for warranty work that they would schedule 2 weeks out! So Serious Shout Out to Matt & his team for making our lives better with a honest bill and friendly local smile. Nice job & I see why your group has 5 stars. Well deserved.

Armer air has been taking care of my AC maintenance for over two years now at my home and my business location. They don’t suggest unneeded repairs just to get a few extra dollars, they are an honest family run business. I always recommend them to everyone looking for a new AC company.

I recently bought a house with a 17 year old HVAC unit. Matt came out and gave a thorough inspection of the unit. He recommended replacing the condenser fan motor and the unit is noticeably blowing cooler air. Couldn't be happier with the level of service. Thanks Matt!

Contacted them about 4 weeks ago regarding instillation of a whole home air filtration system. Within 48hrs it was installed. They said it would help out with allergens and asthma. I have asthma and my wife allergies are terrible. She sneezes 200+ times a day. 5 weeks later her sneezing is down below 20 times a day which is awesome! Thank you Matt Armer for helping my family breath better. Prices are fair and they really do care!

These guys are simply the best. Not just professionally but personally too. I've dealt with a lot of AC companies over the years and their service is just superior. They are completely honest and transparent about what you need and don't try to upsell you on something you don't need.
