Very happy with your service! Anthony came out to fix our toilet leak and was able to quickly get approval to replace the toilet. He was also able to fix our shower diverter issue in the same visit, which was a huge help! We will highly recommend A.P.E.S.!!

AMAZING ALL AROUND!!! The company responded to our inquiry incredibly fast and would have been here within hours if we have given our right number. so it was our issue but they came the very next morning and came prepared! They assessed the situation explained everything to ease our minds and fixed the problem well within an hour. They were very neat and even though we said we would clean up they did it themselves. Very fast, very friendly, and super affordable !!! CALL THEM NOW IF YOU NEED ANYTHING!!!

We had a very good experience with Kevin from A.P.E.S. He arrived on time and was very professional. We recently had a kitchen remodel so he had to install shut off valves, garbage disposal, kitchen faucet, etc.. All are working great.

I had a water leak and being new to the area, I just performed a search. The Google reviews for A.P.E.S. were not wrong. I called, got same day coverage and in less than 3 hours from initial phone call to fix completion. Shout out to Carter Wilkinson for his approach and professionalism - MUCH appreciated. I no longer need to worry about wondering who I will use in the future.

UPDATE: Due to Carters exceptional service, I gave the air conditioning side of the house a call when my thermostat died. Well, long story short - they wanted to charge me $1,100 for a replacement plus $284 to come back to install it. I ordered an upgraded thermostat from Amazon ($240 delivered). Called another company and they replaced and programmed for less than $100. So very disappointed in APES business practices and will NEVER use them again. Additionally, I usually don't complain but this was so egregious, I will go out of my way to tell my story at every opportunity. They certainly operate with the motto of BUYER BEWARE.

Anthony Mata came out to a new property that we are renting for a water heater replacement. He called me before hand to update me and was on time and was able to come out much quicker than expected. He was very professional, replaced all of our components with new ones, and did a very clean and well done install. He was nice and even the owner of A.P.E.S. personally came out because I had told anthony the wrong size water heater and delivered it. Great company, and great performance.

Christian and Dan recently came to my house to see why our water wasn't staying hot for longer than 5 minutes. They were extremely friendly and replaced our water heater and did it extremely fast. It's so nice to take hot showers again!

Dominic was super professional and great! Definitely recommend APES for any plumbing services that are needed in your home. Dominic and his apprentice were able to install a brand new water heater in just 90 minutes!
