This company is awesome!! The office ladies are super nice and caring. The techs work EXTREMELY hard and get the job done well. Ron is very professional and kind. These guys deserve a raise and we highly recommend APES for any HVAC issues!

I have been rescheduled twice due to a part not being available. The first time I was told the part was “readily available” and had my service cancelled 30 minutes prior, the second time I called in at 5:30AM to confirm my appointment and that the part was in stock, I received a call back at 6:30 confirming the part was in stock and technicians where on there way. They never showed up, I called back and was informed that the part was still out of stock and that they had made an error. My home has been 95 degrees inside for a week now. This is not the level of customer service of professionalism I would expect from any company, especially in Arizona where HVAC services are so important. Do not call A.P.E.S.

Dominic was professional and timely from the very start. Upon arrival, he was tasked with fixing a disposal issue. He assessed the issue quickly and also advised there was an issue with the other side of the sink. He worked quickly and provided clear education on the issue and how to proactively use my new disposal to avoid this problem from reoccurring. Unlike my previous plumbing experiences, he was informative and thorough in repairing the issue. We really appreciated his service and honesty! Would recommend 100000%.

I'm selling my house and the drains were clogged. I called APES to hydrojet the lines. Joe (Dirty) and John were very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and thoroughly diagnosed my issues. They never once made me feel like any of my concerns or questions were dumb. They didn't mind me hovering over them the entire time they were at the house. They were very friendly with my 3, 5, and 8yr old as well. I would HIGHLY recommend APES, Joe and John!

Fastest turnaround service I’ve ever had. The technician Matt was very helpful, he explained everything in great detail and went above and beyond to fix my shower. What I thought was simple... was extensive to fix and Matt made sure it was done correctly. I was using a drain cover because mine rusted off. I didn’t know mold was growing underneath. He removed all molded piping and replaced with a new drain. Great job! Great customer service!

The technician Aaron was prompt and professional. He made quick work of the repair and cleaned up after he was finished. Very satisfied with his work and would recommend to anyone in need of service.

Biggest waste of time and money. They were requested to come to our home by our property manager. They were here for 45 minutes, did not unclog the drain and they left. They want the property manager to put in a clean out becasue they do not want to go on the roof or pull a toilet. So he left, he did absolutely nothing but wasted time.

Apes jetted my lines 2 days ago and now I'm completely clogged and they aren't calling back!

Quick, clean, experienced, efficient, thorough, and very detailed about the quality of work given!! After previously having another company come out to try & identify the source of a leak, (which they could not find after cutting into the wall and ceiling!) A.P.E.S. was called out & Dominic was GREAT from the moment he walked in the door! Experience matters, they know what they're doing and he made everything so simple and smooth! He was able to pinpoint and address the leak within the hour. Very personable and clean work!! I can see Dominic truly cares about doing his work right, he has integrity!! We are only calling them for any needs from now on! Thank you again!

I could not be MORE impressed with the technician Aaron, his work was clean and he was professional very detailed in his explanation. He was on time and very friendly while being proficient in time management. Overall had an outstanding experience with apes plumbing and would highly recommend to anyone. 👍🏻
