After a couple people from a different service could not figure out the issues. Joe and Miguel after their first visit knew the problem. The part may have taken a few weeks but after it was in , they promptly scheduled it to be fixed. These guys were nice, professional and worked quickly. APES also called us back periodically to let us know the status.

They went above and beyond. Dominic and Miguel are great employees . Friendly and professionall, helped me getting things right with the home insurance too. Toilet got fixed and even new part were replaced. Small things make a difference when hiring a company, I will definetely recommend them.

I've had all good experiences with A.P.E.S. when I have needed their help. They are professional, courteous and they follow up on their work to make sure their customers are happy.

Rene is the g.o.a.t - hes a skilled technician, He's very thorough with his work, and the work area is even cleaner when he's done than before he arrived. Great thanks to Rene and all his hard work!!

Cole and Craig were great. They completed the repairs promptly, answered my questions and even gave me some great advice. As plumbing appt experiences go, this was a good one.

These people are liars and thieves.They steal from their employees and their clients. Don't believe the lack of negative reviews, they pay to have them removed. They used my fiance's licenses and sent a completely unqualified "lead plumber" to make the money and starved out the good employee. Took jobs he sold and gave them to their Dirty little pet. Paid him nothing to clean up their messes because they don't hire real plumbers and to do "personal favors" with little to no compensation. Owners are complete NARCISSISTS with everything that comes with the disorder. Everyone in the Valley knows that they started the business with equipment they "procured" from a previous employer who died. Their "plumbers" aren't certified for much of anything. They also used his personal account at parts warehouses for his discount WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE. Typical Arizona plumbing company with ZERO integrity. Save yourself money and heartache and avoid these people like the plague.

A magnificent service the tech was kind and courteous and keep me informed the young man that came to my house. Is a fine example of a customer service representative for your company?

We were in crisis being a week without Hot water going places to clean up boiling water for dishes n such. I got a call from one of your employees checking in on us and we still had no hot water Miguel then made some calls n was here late on Wednesday befr Thanksgiving he finished installing a waterheater and saved our holiday forever grateful for him God bless him you truly have a great thoughtful n caring employee forever grateful thank you Miguel ty 😊

On Thursday 12/2 Kevin came out to take a look at our very old water heater that wasn’t working properly. He was so polite and incredibly efficient! He diagnosed the issue so quickly and explained to me what the next step was and I felt very informed! He let me know he had a replacement on his truck and could get started right away. It was a breath of fresh air to have a plumber/company respond so quickly and efficiently and have their truck stocked and ready to go!! 10/10 would recommend A.P.E.S to anyone! The response time was definitely impressive. The service was great and the young man who they sent here was great. Very professional and polite. He took his time to make sure the clog was completely removed and the drains were functioning properly. Thank you. 5 out of 5

Jose and Justin did a great job for us in clearing a badly clogged sewer line. I appreciated their professional attitude and persistence as it took two days of work to resolve. APES is our go-to provider for plumbing and I never hesitate to recommend them. Five Stars…
