I'm guessing they aren't the cheapest. But we've had them out twice and are happy with the customer service, response time, and quality of their work.

I know Ralph from the new BNI group I joined. When our main shower stopped draining well I reached out to Ralph at APES explained the issue & that the shower drain had been grouted in by sloppy previous contractors. He coached me on a zero-invasive way with an expensive Home Depot product that I could see if I could clear the drain myself. When that didn’t work Ralph sent Zack the Plumbing Manager over to help. Zack was able to check at a deeper level without popping the drain cover off & found it was tree roots clogging the pipes.
Although we aren’t going to dig into this project quite yet as we may be renovating that side of the house relatively soon, we really appreciated their expertise, precision & care. Great guys & great company! We will be calling them when we are ready to dig up & reposition those 2 bathrooms for sure. Thanks team! 🎉

Cole and Craig were phenomenal!, very polite, courteous and friendly from the start, they helped fix a leak for our families home, when the other company left our water off and never returned to fix our shower. they were fast efficient and are a asset to your company, I will be recommending these two to everyone I know!.

We are very pleased with the service we received from A.P.E.S. The dispatcher Shirley was kind and understanding when she called to schedule, and as promised, I received a call letting me know when the technician was on the way. Our service technician, Frisco, was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and discuss all of the issues and options with us. He was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything he could to get our system up and going again. I am so grateful for the quality service we received during a stressful time. I would recommend A.P.E.S. to anyone looking for an honest company that is reliable and provides excellent customer service.

I’ve had A.P.E.S. To my house a few times recently for a variety of reasons. We had some AC issues and plumbing related issues. The staff was super friendly and was genuinely concerned about addressing our issues and making sure my family was taken care of. They were fast but made sure things were done the right way. 100% recommend

From start to finish my experience was amazing. The first call in the lady was so pleasant and helpful. She switched me to dispatch and she was amazing as well. Then Anthony and Alex came out, while my store had a power outage that a good chunck of Peoria had they just kept going and fixing everything! They were so awesome. Plus job well done and no issues and cleaned up even when I told them not to worry about the mess. I couldn't be more happy with my call and service! Looking forward to some projects we are doing in the future with them!

We had our hot water heater break down and Ape's was fantastic. They had someone over the next day, and the person they sent, Carter Wilkinson, was truly fantastic. Super personable, replaced the whole thing in about 90 minutes. His work was impeccable. I highly recommend Apes and Carter if you need any plumbing work at your house!
