This was truly the first time since moving to Arizona where the contractors were GREAT!
(yes, we have only been here a year but the contractors here-YIKES). The technicians were very polite AND punctual! Thank you SO much for your professionalism and rapid service-just in time for these "toasty" times.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY, the owner was completely disrespectful when I found out they sold me a thermostat for $270 and the same model at 3 different retailers were $170 cheaper. The owners response was not to make things right but that it was my fault for not looking at other options before buying the overpriced unit. He also stated that it was due to the service fee but the technicians won't tell you there is one nor will they itemize it on your invoice. Be careful of this company.

Good thorough service. The technician spent a lot of time checking everything and reporting on the status of each unit. I have an annual contract which makes it easier to remember when to have the units checked. It would have been 5 stars but the service person did not have the required filters and had to schedule a second visit.

Fay answered the phone happy and willing to assist! And assist is what they did with having a thorough inspection done of our AC unit in the middle of a heat wave on the same day I called!!! Fixed the issue with plenty of options offered on a possible replacement!

Tremendous customer service. They kept you informed throughout the whole process of replacing my air conditioning/furnace. Even after it was installed they called to see if there was anything else they could do or if I'd any questions. very friendly very knowledgeable very good. competitive prices.

Very happy with the work that was done at my house. They showed up when they said they would, and were very neat and clean. Laid down tarps over my carpet, very impressed. They gave me a proposal and did exactly what they said they would do. Would recommend them highly. Job well done at a fair price!

Make sure they understand your problem. They sent a guy out after quoting us a price over the phone. Apparently the problem was not clear and the price doubled. When told we didn't agree and refused the new price we were billed with a service fee of $89 for the call. We will not be using this company in the future.

Technician did the repair quickly and explained what was repaired . I will use them from now instead of the company I'm currently using.

Our ac broke on a Saturday afternoon, Hughes Air had a repair person at my house with in an hour to repair it. We had a nice and cool house the rest of the weekend.

Hughes Air Condioning and Heating are great to work with. They are punctual and do a great job. I highly recommend this company
