    We used Hughes air once, last April 2022. We just turned on our AC unit for the first time this weekend and are experiencing the same issue as was addressed/fixed by Hughes less than a year ago. I reached out to Hughes for help/service and also to hopefully have the part replaced (as it still is within the 1 year warranty). Faye was SO unhelpful, defensive and unpleasant. She informed me that no one could even look at the unit without charging us a minimum of $229. I was not seeking out free service nor labor, but rather a calm productive approach to how we might address what seemingly is the same issue as when Hughes was here last. She seem highly annoyed and irritated that I disclosed to her that we had another company out to perform routine maintenance (which that company did not even complete due to the unit not running-and that company instead advised us to reach out to Hughes and complete our service with them since the unit was experiencing the same issue as last time Hughes was here). Instead of being open and helpful, Faye suggested that I go with that company and offered no constructive solutions. She basically let me know that Hughes could not be of help unless we were willing to pay a significant service fee. I will never use Hughes air again. Had this been handled differently, they could have easily had our business from whatever old or new issues exist pertaining to our AC unit.

    Called Hughes air when my A/z broke. of course it had to break on the hottest day so far. they where very processional and got out to the house the next day. The tech showed up on time and got straight to work. they got my Unit up and running in no time and at a very fair price. Highly Recommend!

    Hughes installed a new heat pump for me. Their pricing was very reasonable. More importantly, though, was that their service was the best. They had my system installed before some other companies even responded to my calls. I had a minor problem shortly after the installation and their tech arrived and had the problem fixed in less than an hour.

    Faye coordinated everything and was a joy to work with.

    You can't go wrong with Hughes.

    I was referred to Hughes Air by a friend and it was the best recommendation I could have received. Hughes has been my heating and cooling provider since 2017. Everyone at Hughes is professional and knowledgeable. They come out within a timely manner and complete the work quickly and efficiently. I luckily don't have to use them often, but when I do I know I can trust they will do the job correctly. Thank you to everyone at Hughes Air!

    Had a brand new AC installed in early 2021 and they did a great job! Unfortunately, less than 6 months later, my brand new AC unit was struck by lightening in a monsoon storm and some major repairs had to be done. Hughes Air came through for me again and made sure the repairs were done quickly and thoroughly and my insurance covered the majority of the expense, so it all worked out.

    I've dealt with them several since they installed the brand new Trane. They helped arrange the financing via Wells Fargo. They were professional and responsive when they did the install, including a thermostat. We had a problem with a board that shorted out, and they came quickly to fix the board which shorted out again a month later. It has stayed fixed since then. If I have any other problems, I will give Hughes Air a call ASAP.

    My experience with Hughes has been deplorable. We had a new Trane HVAC unit installed 10/2016. They have come out to our home numerous times to fix or replace thermostats and equipment. On 01/3/22 I contacted them because I was not getting heat from my system. They sent out a technician that afternoon. They told my husband that the unit had a leak that needed to be repaired, then put 5lbs of refrigerant in the unit. They charged us for the call and the refrigerant (approx. $500.) They were going to email us a receipt and we have never received an email. When I arrived home later that evening from work the unit was still not working. I called Hughes that night and spoke with Fay who informed me that there was a leak that needed to be fixed and until it was taken care of, we would have no heat. I asked her to have Mr. Hughes call me back as soon as possible. It is now 1/11/22, I have called Hughes and left messages with no return calls. My husband drove out to their office on 1/5/22 and the office was all locked up. We have now had 9 days with no heat in our home, and no call from Hughes.

    I contacted Hughes Air for service work after me neighbor recommended them. The service work was great, so I had Hughes bid a complete system replacement 2 years later. Not only was there price better than the 2 other companies I contacted, but I knew their service would be excellent as well. The techs who installed my systems were great and completed 2 heat pump systems in 2 days. Everything works great and they answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. I had bad experience with several HVAC companies through my home warranty, but Hughes was nothing like that. Great people, great price, great service. I highly recommend!

    Hughes Air was great! They were able to give me a quick quote with information I gave over the phone after knowing what competitors had already quoted me. This saved me from having to take time off from work to have another company come out to the house. They beat my other quotes and were able to get it installed the next day. They had great prices, timeliness and service. The technicians that did the install took the time to thoroughly go over the new equipment and explain any questions I had. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone.

    The Hughes Air team recently install a new AC system in my home. The whole team was excellent! They showed up on time and beat all three other quotes I received by several hundred dollars! Mark and Jim have even stopped by to check on things after the installation was completed to make sure everything was running smoothly. Give Hughes Air a call - you'll be glad you did!
