Hughes Air is a great company!! From the moment the technician came to our home to discuss our air conditioning needs, to the installation, everything was done in a timely and professional manner. There were no hidden costs or fees. We were given great information and product specs to help us decide which Trane unit was best for our home. We decided on two Trane 18 seer units and they were quickly installed!! Loving the new thermostats we can link to our cell phones and control from any location. No pressure salesmen, just people who know their stuff. Thank you Hughes!!!

Jim Hughes did a great job. He was there during the installation and took pictures of the work in progress (on the roof) and explained everything. He quickly followed up with any questions I had. Everybody involved at Hughes went the extra distance leaving us with a completely satisfied job. They are the best HVAC company I have done business with.

Hughes Air was very professional. They came out right away, diagnosed the problem, provided an immediate price, installed a new AC unit with professional workmen three days after the initial call. We now have a cool house at 72 degrees for the first time since we moved in 5 years ago.

I had a terrific experience replacing an old central ac/heat unit with Hughes. Mr. Hughes (the man himself) came out to do the inspection and quote. He was very thorough and respectful, and was able to give me several competitive options. Fay, the helpful woman from his office, followed up and answered all of my questions in a thorough and timely manner. Price wise they were on par with the other 3 companies I recieved quotes from. The installation was done within the week, only taking about 6 hours from start to finish. The three man crew was polite, professional, and very tidy. The unit itself is a huge upgrade from the old one. One of the big reasons we went with Hughes is the product, Trane. There is practically no noise when it is on. The crew made our duct system more efficient so now everything is heated evenly, and it has created a much more comfortable environment. I also really like the new digital thermostat that they installed. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely call them when our 2nd unit needs replacing.

My experience with Hughes AC was great. The 2 installers were pleasant and worked very hard to complete the project in 1 day. They cleaned up everything. Mr. Hughes came out the following day to inspect everything. There were 2 minor things which he took care of immediately. I would recommend everyone to use Hughes Air for installing a new Trane AC. Thanks to all.

The other day my AC stopped working. I called Hughes Air right away. They were so nice! Reno the service technician called me back soon after and was able to be at my house within an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgable and he answered every question I had. He put in a new starter kit and my AC has been working great since! I'm very satisfied and we will definitely use this company again.

Hughes Air was wonderful to deal with! I had a Rosie certified company come out and they properly diagnosed the problem but the price they quoted me for a replacement fan motor that was on their truck was $500, not even the Trane proper replacement. When I checked with them the next morning, they said it would be $634. I had a feeling this was going to happen, as with so many other Rosie-on-the-House certified contractors, that made me look someplace else the night before and found Hughes. I sent them an e-mail that evening and Jim the owner contacted me first thing in the morning and gave me a quote of $460 for the proper replacement for a Trane unit. Furthermore he was able to have Reno out at my house 4-5 hours later and in 30 minutes he had my unit purring along. Reno didn't try to sell me anything else and was very friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. I got several business cards because I will surely refer all my friends and family to Hughes. Great job!!!

The folks from Hughes Air are outstanding. One of our AC units went out around 9 pm Monday night. I called in stating it was not an emergency since it was the hottest day of the year and our other AC unit was working. I was told the job would be dispatched in the morning. At 8 am the next morning we recieved a call and had service by 10. Eron arrived diagnosed the problem, recommend two repair options and fixed our AC. Hughes and their team are Fast, Professional and Trusted.

Hughes Air Heating a Cooling is a first class operation. They provide excellent professional service, quality product (Trane) at very competitive prices. I bought 2 units for a family member last April and was so satisfied that I just bought one for my own house. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
