Amazing company! My ac went out at the worst possible time at 9 pm on a Saturday on the hottest day of the year. I have three kids, pets and my wife and myself. After calling in and speaking to an actual human I received a call from their on call tech Dave porter within just a few minutes. He asked a few questions and said he would be right out. He came was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got it repaired within minutes. While the services he provided were priceless the prices were more than fair for what he did for us that night. The experience was great from the booking to the invoicing. The office was very easy to talk with and booked the appointment quickly. The tech showed up a few minutes early and went right to work at the scheduled time. He was very easy to talk with and resolved all my issues/ concerns. They were competitively priced as well. Tech was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. Repair was quick and have had no issues since. Final cost was 30% higher than initially quoted. Reason given was due to the part costing more than expected. Only other thing of note is callback timeframes quoted were exceeded by an hour or so each time. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and would use their service again

Our AC went out at 8:00PM, I have kids and animals in the home and this couldn't wait. Our service tech (David) came over quickly, explained everything to us and provided us with a temporary fix until the appropriate parts could be obtained the next day. My AC went out while trying to install a new Nest thermostat. My house got super hot super fast. We were frantically trying to get the AC working again, we tried putting the old thermostat back on but no luck. It was now 9pm and the house was almost 90 degrees. I couldnt tell if this was a thermostat problem, an AC problem, or a fuse problem. I started to panic and my kids were sweating buckets. I called a few places that advertised that they were 24 hours but the only company that answered was Arizona Cooling. The woman who answered the phone was so pleasant and kind as she took down my info. I recieved a very prompt call back from Dave and he helped us do some trouble shooting over the phone and if that didnt work he was going to come see us first thing in the morning. His suggestions worked like a charm and my children, animals, and I were cooling off in no time. I really appreciate Dave taking the time and being so patient to talk me through a hectic situation so late at night. 10/10 customer service and will definitely book with Dave if my AC ever acts up again!
