24/7 AC to the rescue!! My AC went out around 7pm last night. My neighbor recommended 24/7 AC. My after hours call was answered by Junior, the owner of 24/7 AC. I told him the AC was out and I was panicking because I had family coming in from out of town today. He said he would send a technician over as soon as possible. I was shocked when Anthony was at my door an hour later. He went up to check out the unit and came in to tell me the compressor needed to be replaced. I was already thinking I would have to make hotel reservations for my guests when Anthony assured me that the issue would be resolved in plenty of time. He went back to their office in the east valley, and returned to my home in Scottsdale with compressor in hand. Before midnight I was resting comfortably in my home with the AC working perfectly!! The professionalism, urgency and compassion shown by Junior and Anthony was far more than I expected when I made an after hours call. I will highly recommend 24/7 AC to everyone. I am so grateful to you both!!!!

My air conditioning blew out on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of 100+ degree weather. I called a few different companies and none could get there in the same day. 24/7 AC was able to come out on the same day within the hour that I called. It turned out that my unit was toast and so as a courtesy Rogg brought over a small unit for the evening and were able to have my entire unit replaced the next day. Rogg worked with me to find an option that fit my financial needs and was more than professional. I have hired other companies in the past and am so happy to say that I will never have to look for another company again! I highly recommend 24/7 AC. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and pricing is second to none.

Hold the press. 24/7 was purchased by Ace Home Services. I had 2 units replaced a couple months back and the left a hole in my ceiling. I have tried to get it resolved to no avail and the new company is claiming they bought to company with no liability. I the consumer should not be impacted by the commercial agreement of these two companies!

I cannot describe the actions that has happened since my AC went out. First off it took me roughly a couple of weeks to get a human on the phone and get a call back. Secondly; they could only get someone out to me during work hours, and even though they are 24/7- I had to wait an entire week before someone was able to get to my house, but luckily I am understainding of it being summertime in AZ. We did have to replace the entire unit and when it was scheduled for, I was out of town and had left specific instructions to call when they arrived, and to call when they needed access to the house to install the new thermostat, and to call with any updates... Which of course did not happen. I returned home to my house still being 85 degrees inside, and since I had no follow up call to explain why my unit was last off and thermostat not replaced like they had stated would be done. I am having to track down these workers to try and get ANY explanation with absolutely NO LUCK. Why is it that customer who is paying for a new machine and install is having all phone calls ignored?! I cannot get one human on the phone to respond to anything. VERY FRUSTRATING.

Junior was fantastic in fixing the AC. The homeowner was more than impressed and is considering hiring him for regular inspections. Very pleasant and knowledgeable person is Junior.
