We would like to thank Brandon for helping us out today! He was extremely professional, polite, detailed and informative. I called them around 9:00am and he was at my house by 2:30pm the same day. I had a horrible experience earlier in the day with another contractor that was scheduled through my home warranty. The contractor took the whole housing unit from the attic and told me the earliest he could have it back was Friday, the latest Monday. Didn’t even look at the a/c unit outside. We live in Arizona, that’s insane! Need less to say, we will definitely be using Ufirst Heating & Cooling in the future and will be recommending to anyone that needs their services. We spent months looking for a contractor to install a new mini split, and all of the major air conditioning companies wanted to charge us a fortune more than my doctor makes in a day. UFirst give us a quote, which was half price of the other companies for a larger and higher quality equipment. Other companies wanted to charge us $1500 for the electrical run and another company told us we needed to change our entire electrical box for $10,000. UFirst just rewired our original electrical box for no extra charge. honest great quality work installing great quality equipment at a reasonable price. A week later our original air conditioning system stopped working and other companies wanted $250 just to come out to our house to look at the system. UFirst came out to our house and found that our original central air system was working fine, but that the filters were dirty and they cleaned our electrostatic filters for a fraction of the cost that other companies just wanted to charge us to come to our house. this company has earned our business for life.

My wife and I needed a new mini split for a hot bedroom. We contacted at least 10 heating and air-conditioning companies for the install. most of the companies quoted us some very high prices for a 1 ton offbrand mini split. Most of the companies wanted to charge us $1000-$1500 for the electrical run and some companies told us we needed to change our entire electrical box on the house. UFirst, heating and air conditioning, quoted us a price half the cost of the other companies, giving us a larger 1.5 ton Mitsubishi mini split which is the best mini split available. They also told us that our electrical box was fine and they rewired our electrical box for no extra charge finding unused breakers. They arrived on time and did a professional great looking installation. Our previously hot bedroom is now the coolest room in the house. A week later, our original central air conditioning system stopped working, and Juan and Brandon from UFirst came to our house and found that our central air conditioning system was working fine. However, the electrostatic filters were dirty and they clean the electric static filters. Their charge for cleaning the filters was less than other companies wanted just to come out for the service. This is a very honest company to tell us that our filters were dirty as they could’ve easily told us something in the system was broken and needed to be fixed at a high fee. UFirst is a very honest, heating an air conditioning company that does first rate professional work at a reasonable price. They have earned our business for life.

Something about an a/c system is very intimidating." Might blow up" is what I was taught so don't touch the thermostat. Brandon with UFIRST made every detail clear and answered my many detailed questions in a polite professional manner. Living in Glendale, AZ having an A/c company near to home is essential due to extreme weathers in summer so UFIRST is the perfect fit. I will be using again for any future heating or cooling needs.

Our AC went out, and UFIRST Heating and Cooling was quick to respond and fixed our AC fast. And all at an affordable price!

A friend referred me to Juan at UFIRST Heating and Cooling. I received a call back immediately and Juan was out the next day and installing the following day. Very professional and friendly. The unit installed was a fair price and a nice unit. Work was professional. Very efficient team and well run business. They even fixed a problem with my dry cleaner vent and rerouted the tubing when they found it was blowing lent into my attic. I highly recommend this company, not only were they fair priced, very professional, and efficient but they include two years worth of filters and maintenance and comes with a 20 year warranty.

I have called Juan for the last ten years and he is the only one I will call. Alberto and his crew were here after I talked with Juan to relocate a return air vent. Respectful polite and hard working and Professional. He is the best...fair and honest. Don't see that much these days.
