We had a service call today on a 12 year old ac just to see if we needed any preemptive care before the season starts - Juan was there on time with a text and tracker to prepare for appointment - within 45 min he checked out both units, showed us and replaced a bad part without any hype or up sell like Parker - he will have us as long time customers! Great honest service!

Had them check my rental house to see what was wrong with AC. It was $75.
They were sopost to return my call to see what was wrong with it and if I wanted them to fix. They never called back. They just fix it without my consent and charge me $120

Our AC quit working in the middle of July. My husband and I called our home warranty company and we got the "we will have someone call you" conversation, which is not what you want to hear when it is 91 degrees in your house.
Instead we called Juan. Juan put us on the schedule immediately and had our issue resolved within 5 hours of discovering our AC being down. Luckily it was just a quick fix this time! *whew* Juan took the time to explain to us what happened, and what to look out for in the future. Our house was cooled off by bedtime thanks to Juan!

Amazing experience! Mr. Morales came over same day we called greeted us with a smile and a handshake. Took a look at the AC unit found a faulty part and fixed it within an hour. Told us not to replace the unit until it dies. Very honest!! Would highly recommend.
