We had a major leak in our old (and ready to be replaced) AC unit. The team at Wolfgang’s was able to come out on a weekend and quickly diagnose the issue. They gave us a temporary fix that same day and we were able to order and have a new AC installed that same week! With the unrelenting heat of Phoenix in the summer it was a relief to have Wolfgang’s take care of us so we didn’t have one hot day in our home. We are loving the new unit and very thankful for the professional service and responsiveness of Wolfgang’s!

Daniel came out and fixed our AC during the hottest week on record in the world. It was an emergency. He was upfront and honest. The receptionist was also very nice, and even waived the $99 diagnostic fee since our repair was over $300. We made 3 separate appointments, and they got to us first when we needed it the most.

I've used Cool Touch several times over the years. They are always top notch with their service. The technicians always take their time to fully explore and diagnose issues and then take the time to explain my options. Highly recommend them!

I had called two other places, including the one we had a contract with, and couldn't get here for almost a week. With the temperatures rising and the AC out, we needed someone sooner than that. Called Cool Touch and scheduled us immediately. Antonio was our service tech and was at our home as promised. Found the problem and was able to fix it right away. I am very happy with this company and Antonio.

Had my first appointment today with Cool Touch and I can easily say I was impressed with the Technician (Luiz), he completely described what he would be doing and he was very thorough. He also told me how the scheduling works when they return and the use of their website....I will definitely request Luiz next time. Very Professional and polite!!

I had a 5-star experience with Cool-Touch Air-conditioning yesterday. From the initial contact with Asha (sp) on the phone to the work done by Antonio. Asha, who was super-efficient and pleasant, took the time to find a way to get someone out to look at my AC that was blowing hot air, same day. Antonio has been here before and knew our equipment and took care of the problem right away. Both Asha and Antonio proves the point that if you find a good dispatcher and technician, you should do all you can to keep them. Thanks for a hassle free experience.
