I had to get a new AC system. They were quick and got me in the same week. Even with their busy schedules and knowing that my system was still working (just not really well) they got me taken care of right away. They were professional , on time, laid down plastic to protect my carpet. My new system is so quiet and my house is much cooler than it was at the same temp as before. AiRite is amazing and I have already recommended them to friends.

These guys know there stuff and they are honest. John Andrus is the owner and you will not find a better guy to do business with that does things the right way.

My AC was not working, they came over and fixed it in minutes. They could have tried to up-sale me an expensive repair but they didn’t.

AiRite came out and replaced our AC unit on the scheduled day, they were on time and had the whole job done that same day. They were great to work with and helped us with the warranty registration. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment I spoke to Marissa when I first called AiRite about securing a replacement for my 22 year old Trane HVAC system, I knew I found the right vendor. She explained (without being asked) how modern residential HVAC systems worked; offering up advice on two stage compressors, system pressures and the new coolants now being used. They had an experienced tech at my place by the next day; he performed a thorough inspection of my home. By the next day I had an estimate in place. I can assure you that AiRite was extremely competitive compared to other quotes I had received from some of the bigger names in the Phoenix area. Install was scheduled for just a few days later (they had to secure the Trane HVAC unit I wanted). Two installers arrived about 10 minutes before their scheduled start time (if you're not early; you're late in my book). I have a home office, and during the four hours of installation time, I barely noticed them. They were courteous, professional, efficient and thoroughly cleaned the job site before leaving. If you are looking for a trustworthy, fair priced, courtesy HVAC vendor, look no further than AiRite.

The technician who came to fix my air conditioner was very perfessional and very pleasant to have have there.He was very efficient and did an excellent job.If I have any more problems, I hope he is the one to come back .Awesome work,Awesome person. The office and the crew were superb to deal with when it became necessary for me to have my old AC unit replaced. They got the job done and done well, and I would use them again anytime!

Never use the business so I will change my review once I get a hold of someone at the business… Encountered an airite technician driving in a work truck this morning northbound on the 303 Arizona license plate number 13502 the last digits … Gentleman was driving irradically on freeway just so happened to get off at the same exit as me decided to drive at least 70 miles an hour eastbound on happy Valley while swerving into my lane almost like he was drunk/falling asleep or taunting me…then when it came up to the stoplight proceeded to not pull up next to me so I can get a look at his side of his work truck for your logo… Fortunately I had already gotten it when he had passed me on the freeway Going way above the posted speed limit….Not sure if the technician is using his own truck with your wrap on it or it’s one of your vehicles but I wouldn’t be very happy someone driving my work vehicle that way Could not get the number due to the first three digits scratched off of the side panel also thank you Google for your number being posted

I had a new unit installed earlier this week that I purchased through newacunit.com. I was a little hesitant at first as I didn’t get to select the HVAC installer but I was very impressed by AiRite. Nature reached out to me within 30 minutes of me submitting my order online to schedule a site survey. They inspected the home that night and promptly scheduled the install. Literally within 72 of my online order I had a brand new installed unit. Nature was incredibly helpful and followed up on everything that was promised. I’m very happy with this experience and would recommend AiRite to anyone needing help with HVAC!
